The pillow is getting better. At first it was too full/dense for my liking. I start the night sleeping with it and usually have to trade for a flatter one during the night. I do feel like it's breaking in so I think In the long run it might be a lot better. Im a side sleeper and it wasn't as comfortable for my neck and shoulder as other reviews had stated. It's growing on me. I have been using about 7 weeks.

Me and pillows don't get along. Traditional pillows end up making my neck and back hurt because they lift my head too much and they aren't pliable. It doesn't matter what pillow I've tried - cotton, down, memory foam - they just don't work for me. I got the Tempur-cloud pillow as an addition to the Tempur-cloud mattress we recently purchased and my world has changed! First of all - I'm pretty sure this is just left over foam or returned mattresses that have been ripped up into small pieces (which I will call "shards" for fun) providing a way for Tempurpedic to make some money on the mattress "run-off". And I SUPER applaud them. It's genius. And, for real, a great product. It comes with more than enough shards to provide a firm, plush pillow for those want/need that. But the fact that I can easily remove as much as I want and customized the pillow has made my sleep at least 90% better. I removed the majority of the shards (probably 70%). It makes enough room for me to be able to shift the shards around at-will. They cradle and conform to my neck perfectly and cushion my head ever so slightly - just enough to give it the lift it needs to stay aligned with my neck and body. And it takes zero effort to make that happen. It doesn't harden or compact over time like cotton or down, and doesn't stick me in the eye with feathers or smell like a wet mallard. My only problem is I have a king size pillow case that's too big. In conclusion, the pillow basically feels like an extension of the mattress. Love it!!

I'm a side sleeper and have really enjoyed the Tempur-Cloud as it conforms well to my head and shoulders, no matter how many times I might shift around in the night. My wife also enjoys her pillow as a predominantly back sleeper. I did have to invest in King-sized pillow covers, as the Queen-sized ones would ride up a bit in the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these hoping they would be firm enough but yet soft enough also. They are adjustable on firm/soft. They seem to be holding up great just they way they came. I bought the pillows for a extra bed. Also bought 2 set of sheets they are great sleep cool, I only wish you could get the pillow case in what ever size that you needed. We have the split king and use a normal size pillow and the pillow case is way to large.

I got 2 Tempur-Pedic pillows with a bed purchase over 15 years ago. While I washed them regularly, they were pretty beat, and we needed new ones. The fill has changed a bit since the originals...but for the better. I'm not sure how they can be so light, yet so firm while in use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the extra firm cooling pillows. The extra firm is exactly what it says been 4 months and still not breaking these pillows in at all. They're comfortable, quiet, and heavier so you don't have to chase pillow around the bed. The cooling part isn't worth the extra money, my bamboo pillows retain less heat than these. Overall nice pillow, If I were to drop another $150 on pillows id probably return to bamboo.

It is a heavy pillow and slides around in the pillow case but I'll get one that closes at the end and will be no problem. Overall we are very pleased.

Got curious, removing a handful or two just to see and was pleasantly surprised that I'm liking the difference. I use both throughout the night. I find them to be relatively cool.
