[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not been able to find the right pillow to help my neck and when I bought my mattress I decided to try out the pillows as well. I have had 0 issues with my neck since I started using the pillows.

It is SO VERY unfortunate that Tempur-Pedic does not allow returns. I was so excited to try out these pillows. I slept TERRIBLE. I had no idea that "adjustable" meant that the pillow is filled with small balls of material. I adjusted throughout the night but could never get them to be comfortable. I guess I am just stuck with very expensive pillows to fill my shams for decoration but never use for sleeping.

My buckwheat hull pillow wasn't adequate for back sleeping and so I was looking to upgrade. The Tempupedic pillow was just what I needed and I no longer have the structural issues that plagued me with the other pillow. Thanks!

DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW! I bought two and only opened one. After sleeping on it for one night I knew it was a bad purchase. This pillow is like a beanbag and offers no support. I spent the entire night trying to scrunch it up enough to give support. Unfortunately, I did not realize I wouldn’t be able to return the pillows. I hope I can save you a terrible night’s sleep and money.

I did find the pillow too plump and firm at first, but by removing some of the filler made it just right and so comfortable. I saved the filler in case it is needed in the future. I also love the cooling quality of the pillow. Thank you for a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced older pillows with these. Was starting to have lower back pain and thought getting some new pillows could help. So far, so good. Bought queen sized, but they are quite big, so will need to get new bigger pillow cases.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit I would not have purchased these pillows had there not been a huge special and savings. We love our mattresses and thought we'd give the pillows a try. The standard pillows allowed me to make mine more firm and my husband's softer. The king pillows we purchased are a little too firm for my husband but perfect for me. Overall the ability to wash the pillow casing and adjust the smaller pillows to our liking have made a client for life. My husband loves his for reading and remove it once he's ready for bed and uses the smaller pillow for sleeping.

Molds into a lump of coal. This pillow is very uncomfortable and does not mold to your sleep position as advertised. It literally feels like a rock. Looking at the tags it's not even made by tempurpedic, so who knows what materials they are actually using. Disappointing and no return/exchange policy so an absolute waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow for myself, but I did not like it, so only used it one night. However, my son wanted to try it after that and now he sleeps on it every night. So, 4 stars because I can say that it is not for everyone, but is for some.

However after using it a few nights I have to say this is probably the best pillow I have used. The one down side is I really can't tell any cooling but other wise I'm happy with my purchase.
