[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow is comfortable and is nicely cool without the cover with a pillow cover though the cooling cover doesn't do as much. It is comfortable to sleep on and have not had any issues with the pillow at this point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adjustment took a bit of time but now I like it. I am able to sleep on the right side where in the past I could not. I had cancer and a neck resection with radiation and the right jaw is quite tender. Although I still can't sleep through the night on my right side I am able to sleep longer amounts of time vs any other pillow I have ever had. It took awhile to adjust the amount of foam to comfort, but then again that is a positive to this pillow as it is NOT a "one size fits all"

I have their cloud mattress and got these pillows to go with it and it was seriously the best decision EVER!!! I have never felt so comfortable in my entire existence!!!! Thank you Tempur-pedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a good pillow comfortable but the inside move's in shape of ur head and u have to rotate the pillow very day to get a comfortable pillow the next night for the price not worth it will not buy again. I sleep alittle better not much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one of these and one of the dual cooling. The dual cooling is comfortable, but firm. This one provides a little more flexibility to mold to the position of your neck. This one's better when I want to sleep on my stomach. The cooling isn't as effective as with the dual cooling pillow, but it does cool and is very comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered 2 of these pillows and are pleasantly surprised by their comfort level. We both keep the full amount of filling in them, but I appreciate the ability to fill/empty to your desired level. However, be aware that they smell rather strongly of chemicals when you first get them. We had to spray them with Febreze and sit them out in the sun to let it air out. Other than that initial smell, these are great pillows!

I decided to try the cloud pillow and to my amazement I slept as soundly and pain free as the buckwheat pillow. I'm sold, and will be using the cloud pillow moving on, no more buckwheat for me =)

Now I sleep like a baby with no discomfort. This pillow conforms to my sleeping position. Best purchase I have made in a very long time.

Height is good, cooler than most pillows but adjustability is a great idea that didn't quite work for me. It's to firm for me and if I take out filling to try and soften the pillow it's to low or thin. It's probably a great pillow for someone interested in a pillow on the firmer side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting a softer pillow. It is very firm even after removing some of the stuffing. Though it is firm, it doesn't cause any discomfort and I am no longer waking up every morning with a headache. That is what keeps me using it. Maybe I should try removing a bit more of the stuffing.
