Very unhappy. Not the Tempurpedic pillow material I was expecting. They refused to take the pillows back and refund my money. I expected the dense original tempurpedic pillow I have always bought. Will never use these pillows and will never buy anything from tempurpedic again.

Currently we have about 10 pillows that are sitting in a closet bc they were too tall, too soft, too hard, not tall enough. You name the reason, it wouldn't work. My husband suffers from horrible headaches and neck pain, so finding the right pillow has been difficult. It's taken several nights of adding and removing foam but I think it's perfect for his neck and head now. Headaches are still a thing but it's rare he complains of neck pain now! I only wish the foam was uniform in size. It ranges from large chunks to small shavings, which makes it messy if you're not careful. Other than that, I'm extremely satisfied overall!

I was experiencing a lot of neck and shoulder pain and constantly readjusting my old pillows but no more... I shift around a lot less now and my pain is gone. Very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pillow to replace an older Tempur-Pedic pillow that had become flat with age. That pillow was made of a single foam slab, so I was worried that the filling style of this new one would make the it feel lumpy. Thankfully, it doesn't. The only issue I have with it is that it needs to be fluffed up relatively frequently due to its loose filling style. If I forget to fluff it, it's noticeably less comfortable to sleep on than normal because it develops a flat spot in the center. I was able to purchase two of these during a BOGO promotion, so I have an entire extra pillow's worth of filling to pull from if I want to adjust this one. I think these pillows should come with more stuffing inside of them or with a bag of additional stuffing to add to them - the fact that they can develop a noticeable flat spot if you don't fluff them means that the case is too big or the stuffing is too meager. I do like this pillow and find it very comfortable after adjusting it, however.

The only issue that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that it's not that easy to get them to the right plumpness level (by unzipping and emptying some of the fillers). It would be nice if the little pieces were not so tiny that they go everywhere - still vacuuming them up. The only other thing is that there is a dent where my head is. But still better than most pillows I've bought!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur-cloud adjustable pillow is rather heavy but comfortable because, as the name implies, it can be adjusted to the height and fill that works best for each individual. Everyone's neck and head are not the same and your pillow should fit you and not be a compromise. I removed fill until the pillow fit me and now it is very comfortable. By saving the fill I can replace it should I need to adjust the pillow in the future. I sleep in all positions and it works for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Sleep RX tempur-pedic pillow for the last four 1/2 years and it discontinued, so I found tempura-cloud, adjustable, cooling pillow. I like this new pillow, but in my eyes it doesn't compare to Sleep RX. This pillow is comfortable and yes you can adjust it to your liking of fluffiness, I don't like that pillow cases slide off the slick fabric of this pillow easy. I brought two of these pillows, so I will have them for a long while. Tempur-pedic brand is my go to when looking for things needed for sleep.

However after using it a few nights I have to say this is probably the best pillow I have used. The one down side is I really can't tell any cooling but other wise I'm happy with my purchase.
