I didn't understand the difference in the name of the two items; I thought one was just a newer version of the other. When I tried to return it because of my mistake, I couldn't do so. It was all rather an unfortunate experience. I did reach out to customer service to explain my confusion but they politely reminded me of their policy. This product rather sinks extensively during the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so looking forward to receiving your pillows. The price was right as it was buy one get one free. They were packaged so nicely, but they smelled horrible! I hung them out on the line for 3 or 4 days. One night it poured rain so hard that I had to let them hang out another 3 or 4 days for them to dry. They still smelled. I called your customer service and your representative said it would take at least 2 weeks. I threw them in the dryer and the smell finally went away. Then when I decided to use them, I had to remove so much fill inside the pillow so it would be comfortable. Probably 1/3 of the fill. The cooling cover on the pillow does not stay cool for very long either. My pillowcase from my sheets does not stay on very well on the pillow because of the cooling cover. I didn't expect this from these pillows as we love our tempurpedic queen mattress. Didn't have any of these issues with the mattress. It's the most comfortable mattress we ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always used feather pillows. I like to scrunch my pillow for comfort. The Tempur-Pedic is not capable of scrunching. I've removed several handfuls of the inside foam rubber but still extremely uncomfortable. Very unsatisfied. Pillows were donated to homeless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Tempurpedic products (beds, pillows, sheets, etc. for many years. A few years ago Tempurpedic changed the pillow foam they used in the pillows making them a very expensive hard rock. When I saw these new pillows I figured I would give them a try. After all what did I have to loose? I was pleasantly surprised to find they are extremely comfortable. Just fluff them up every couple of days & they spring right back to their original condition. Since I started using these Adjustable Cloud pillows my daily morning neck aches have disappeared. Great new product! THANKS!!!

It was pretty good for a few nights but then has already started to become lumpy. I unfortunately cannot return it. It was quite expensive so I am very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this pillow is adjustable, and I did remove Tempur-Pedic pedicure chunks twice. But it is still to thick and dense for my neck and had neck pain in the morning. It could just be me and other might have no problems.
