[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow feels cool to the touch but not comfortable. Most pillows are thicker than I like so this as a great option to be able to remove some thickness. Foam pieces bunch together. Not recommended.

Calling this pillow "adjustable support" is very clever indeed. Or maybe it is a joke. What you do to "adjust" it is to scoop out handfuls of little foam chips until the lumpy bag gets lighter and more flexible. That's it. The pillow cover is substantial and well-made, with a zipper on one end. I cannot use it.

I had another tempur cloud pillow that I took on a trip to visit family (I love my pillow so much, I always bring it with me on my travels)! I left it at our daughter's house, so ordered another so I wouldn't have to wait to have my pillow! I had a discectomy and fusion in my neck a year ago and shoulder issues. The Tempur-Cloud pillows are the only type of pillow that provides comfort for a good nights sleep. I love being able to adjust the filling of the pillow for my comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not love or hate it. Not what I was expecting. In the past we had a temper Pedic pillow the was a solid piece yet fairly flat. That was what I was looking for. This is crumbled pieces if foam. I had to remove some so now I wake up with my head in a hollow.

this pillow is amazing! the first night I slept on this, I didn't wake up with any neck pain. I've been on the hunt for a good pillow for years now but nothing worked until this. I love that it's adjustable and if you fluff it up it's good as new. I don't find it sleeps hot at all. it's the perfect balance between firm and soft. both my boyfriend and I sleep much better with this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice sized pillow, like that it's adjustable. Comes PACKED with foam pieces and makes quite a mess taking it out. Also took several times to get enough out to make it comfy. Still can't sleep on it every night but will keep experimenting until I get it right. Partner not even trying too frustrating for him.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the same pillow years ago as a solid memory foam product, was looking to replace with the same but this was the only option available... Regrettably it is absolute garbage could have bought the same product for 1/2 the cost at any big box retailer... Pillow is lumpy removing filling still results in a lumpy uncomfortable pillow. Not sure who thought this was a good idea but obviously prioritized production cost over quality, shame...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i thought the pillow was going to be a much more firm memory foam than what it is. it is much to soft to give me the support i was looking for. no returns even though one pillow was still in box unopened. overall very dissatisfied with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this pillow forms to my head and neck. However the pieces of foam seem to turn into a lumpy condensed mess. The pillow is also hard to fluff to attempt to reform the pillow to it's original state. Some nights I feel like I am wrestling with the pillow all night, as I am a side sleeper and I alternate sides throughout the night.

Even though I bought the King size, there is about half the fill of other brands. It's ok, but it sinks to very little support after a couple hours.
