[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 2013 we purchased very slim tempur-pedic pillows that we adore (like I take them on vacation - adore). There is nothing like them in the current line, so we decided to give the adjustable pillows a go. We tried to love these pillows but in reality they are ridiculous. They make a mess, they're lumpy and even after four adjustments we couldn't get them right. You can't return them and I feel foolish for buying them.

Great if you have issues finding a pillow to suit your needs, I felt it was a little on the soft side for my main pillow but definitely a number one pick as my second pillow. Yes, for all my two pillow sleepers, this one is for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using numerous cheap pillows over the years, I can confidently say that the Tempur-Pedic pillow has exceeded my expectations and transformed my sleep experience. From the moment I laid my head on this pillow, I could feel the support and comfort it provided. The ability to contour to the individual curves of my neck and head is great. While the pillows may come overstuffed, it is easy to remove the fill to your desired softness. I'm a side-sleeper so comfort in that position is extremely important to me. The pillow's hypoallergenic cover is soft to the touch, high in quality and easy to remove for throwing in the washing machine. While the pillow is high in price to your standard big-box store pillows it is worth every penny. I know I will have these pillows for years and I'm confident it will retain its shape and comfort. The Tempur-Pedic Cloud adjustable pillow is a 5/5!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is tiny and incredibly uncomfortable. It lost its shape within 3 nights and could not be reshaped. It is so uncomfortable. Poor quality. I wouldn't spend $5 for this pillow. Horrible experience!

Me and pillows don't get along. Traditional pillows end up making my neck and back hurt because they lift my head too much and they aren't pliable. It doesn't matter what pillow I've tried - cotton, down, memory foam - they just don't work for me. I got the Tempur-cloud pillow as an addition to the Tempur-cloud mattress we recently purchased and my world has changed! First of all - I'm pretty sure this is just left over foam or returned mattresses that have been ripped up into small pieces (which I will call "shards" for fun) providing a way for Tempurpedic to make some money on the mattress "run-off". And I SUPER applaud them. It's genius. And, for real, a great product. It comes with more than enough shards to provide a firm, plush pillow for those want/need that. But the fact that I can easily remove as much as I want and customized the pillow has made my sleep at least 90% better. I removed the majority of the shards (probably 70%). It makes enough room for me to be able to shift the shards around at-will. They cradle and conform to my neck perfectly and cushion my head ever so slightly - just enough to give it the lift it needs to stay aligned with my neck and body. And it takes zero effort to make that happen. It doesn't harden or compact over time like cotton or down, and doesn't stick me in the eye with feathers or smell like a wet mallard. My only problem is I have a king size pillow case that's too big. In conclusion, the pillow basically feels like an extension of the mattress. Love it!!

The quality is great and I would recommend this pillow by far over the pillow sold on "As seen on TV". Great investment for a good night sleep without tossing and turning all night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went through over a dozen pillows and with each I woke up with neck or shoulder pain until I found this jem. This is hands down the best adjustable pillow you will find from the original memory foam company. Good job Tempur-Pedic!

Was in the hopes of finding the right pillow to avoid waking up with the knots in my neck and shoulders from my current pillows. Unfortunately this pillow did help resolve this issue. Pillows are little too bulky and don't compress down when resting head on it which causes more tension to form in my neck and shoulders.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is comfortable and I like the adjustability of it by removing filling to suit your needs. I do find that the filling shifts more than I would like and can be lumpy at times. It is a solid backup pillow but not my primary sleeper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I accidentally bought these pillows thinking they were the ones I tried in the store. As soon as I took the first one out of the box I realized it was not the one I sampled and went to the website to try to exchange them only to discovered they do not have had the same return policy as the mattresses, and cannot be exchanged. They are way too think and push back too much for my personal preference. They are now an expensive, not so comfortable pillow for my guest room.
