[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had great experience with tempur neck pillow which I had it for last 14 years and loved it so much but it might be too tall for my 9 year son and 2 year old daughter so i bought tempur cloud adjustable pillow which you can adjust height of the pillow by removing stuffs inside, I was very disappointed with the quality and comport of this particular model and we just use it as bed cushions... I thought neck pillow are classic but still the great quality product however this new cloud adjustable pillow seems like a new product with a good concept but it not comfortable and not recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting a softer pillow. It is very firm even after removing some of the stuffing. Though it is firm, it doesn't cause any discomfort and I am no longer waking up every morning with a headache. That is what keeps me using it. Maybe I should try removing a bit more of the stuffing.

The foam inside the pillow had two different consistencies (I ordered two of the same pillows) with one pillow have more support and the other having very little. Both pillows did not live up to the price point asked. I have found many cheaper pillows to be made with superior quality to that of Tempurpedic. I would have expected more from this company as well as of a product with this price point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love tempurpedic products. But this pillow was very difficult to remove some of the filling to make the pillow more comfortable. The static electricity was horrible, it stuck to my hands and made it harder to adjust the pillow. I owned a similar pillow and that kind of filling was the same. I won't purchase anything like this again.

I wanted something that's firm and provides ample support but at the same time, it needs to be adjustable and comfortable. I tried a number of different brands but did not work. until I decided to give the Tempur cloud Adjustable Pillow a shot and it was the right shot. Excellent Pillow!!!

It hugs my head with proper support that I fall asleep practically as soon as I close my eyes. I sleep effortlessly and restful all night and wake up refreshed. Having a conforting pillow has always been a challenge to not wake up with neck discomfort. This pillow cradles my head and neck perfectly whether I sleep on my side of stomach, hugging the pillow or just resting on it. I shared this pillow with my son who is enjoying it also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read in a local newspaper the opinion and recommendation of a physician who suffered from sleep apnea and discovered this pillow was very helpful with his mask sleep apnea treatment. He liked the pillow because of its solid construction which is advantageous for his restful sleep therapy because this pillow held his head in the proper position for positve breathing during his sleep. I find that is a positive for me too, but I am a side sleeper and am not as comfortable when sleeping. But I find this pillow very helpful with my arthritic spine at C1 and C3 vertebra. when I do sleep on my back because the solid form keeps my head from slumping forward which causes my fingers in both hands to tingle and I'm awakened from deep sleep to readjust my head position. So this pillow does help me with my artiritic spinal pain. This pillow is really heavy and very solid and cannot be fluffed into softness. I do use it nightly, but often I've moved it over to the side and I then find my softer pillow.

Paired pillow with TEMPUR pillow protector. Husband decided pillow was fine out of the box so no adjustments needed. Recommend.
