[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the pillows arrived I removed all packaging and removed the covers to wash them. The pillows themselves had such an awful chemical smell that I had to air them out. I stood them up in an empty laundry basket hoping that the smell would dissipate. After 3 days they still smelled awful so I sprayed them with Febreeze. On the 4th day I was going to put the pillow covers back on and try them out. When I picked up the first one I noticed what I thought were many, many gnats (thought they were attracted to the awful smell) but when I waved my hand to try to shoo them off, I discovered that the gnats were in fact lots and lots of tiny spiders. I grabbed a large trash bag, tossed both pillows in and threw them out. I'm rating 1 star as that is they only way the review will post.

Whether I'm reclining on my back or shifting to my side, it effortlessly molds to accommodate my preferred sleeping posture. I am genuinely delighted with my new pillow.

I ordered the regular standard pillow and still find it much better for my neck, even if it isn't indicated for side sleepers. And we LOVE our Tempur-Pedic bed!!

A comfortable, & soft, but also firm pillowy cloud that cradles my head so I may fall asleep, perfectly. I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle whatever life is going to throw at me! Once we move into a house, I will DEFINITELY be buying a Tempurpedic Bed, if the pillow is this AWESOME, then the mattress must be GODLY!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these pillows to replace some of the Original Tempur Cloud pillows that I go 12 years ago. Those pillows were great and held up for a long time. These pillows are softer than those and provide better support. I love how they work great side and back sleeping. I also was having trouble sleeping well and since I've been using these pillows for a few months, I've seen a great improvement in my quality of sleep. I would highly recommend these pillows to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow feels cool to the touch but not comfortable. Most pillows are thicker than I like so this as a great option to be able to remove some thickness. Foam pieces bunch together. Not recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this people as a Christmas gift to my Aunt. Unfortunately, she complained of neck pain after using it for over a week. She returned the gift to me hoping I could exchange it. Unfortunately, there's no returns for pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, this product did not provide very much support even brand new. The foam inside the pillow had two different consistencies (I ordered two of the same pillows) with one pillow have more support and the other having very little. Both pillows did not live up to the price point asked. I have found many cheaper pillows to be made with superior quality to that of Tempurpedic. I would have expected more from this company as well as of a product with this price point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows I bought were supposed to support our necks and keep us cool through the night. it was only cool when you first lay on the pillow but was never comfortable under out heads. The pillows are too bulky and I thought we were getting memory foams pillows but instead got alot of cut up foam in small pieces inside the pillow. I would ask for my money back if we had not already spent a month just trying to adjust to the pillow itself.
