[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur-Cloud adjustable pillow is the perfect combination of support and softness! I've bought several pillows over the last couple of years that ended up being either too soft or not enough support. I love this pillow!

I have found these pillows to be very comfortable and there is no break-in time. No more stiff neck in the morning and no matter what position I sleep in I get a good nights sleep. It is nice that it has a removable cover wo will be able to wash. Now I have my mattress, topper and pillows all Tempur-Pedic.

Me and pillows don't get along. Traditional pillows end up making my neck and back hurt because they lift my head too much and they aren't pliable. It doesn't matter what pillow I've tried - cotton, down, memory foam - they just don't work for me. I got the Tempur-cloud pillow as an addition to the Tempur-cloud mattress we recently purchased and my world has changed! First of all - I'm pretty sure this is just left over foam or returned mattresses that have been ripped up into small pieces (which I will call "shards" for fun) providing a way for Tempurpedic to make some money on the mattress "run-off". And I SUPER applaud them. It's genius. And, for real, a great product. It comes with more than enough shards to provide a firm, plush pillow for those want/need that. But the fact that I can easily remove as much as I want and customized the pillow has made my sleep at least 90% better. I removed the majority of the shards (probably 70%). It makes enough room for me to be able to shift the shards around at-will. They cradle and conform to my neck perfectly and cushion my head ever so slightly - just enough to give it the lift it needs to stay aligned with my neck and body. And it takes zero effort to make that happen. It doesn't harden or compact over time like cotton or down, and doesn't stick me in the eye with feathers or smell like a wet mallard. My only problem is I have a king size pillow case that's too big. In conclusion, the pillow basically feels like an extension of the mattress. Love it!!

These were not as expected and I wish I hasn't bought them. 1. They smell like chemicals. 2. Instead of a solid foam piece it's a bunch of small foam pieces. 3. I bought two and had to throw them away they smelled so bad. 4. I have a +10 year pillow from temperpedic but am still in shock how awful these were. Don't waste your money on these like I did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so looking forward to receiving your pillows. The price was right as it was buy one get one free. They were packaged so nicely, but they smelled horrible! I hung them out on the line for 3 or 4 days. One night it poured rain so hard that I had to let them hang out another 3 or 4 days for them to dry. They still smelled. I called your customer service and your representative said it would take at least 2 weeks. I threw them in the dryer and the smell finally went away. Then when I decided to use them, I had to remove so much fill inside the pillow so it would be comfortable. Probably 1/3 of the fill. The cooling cover on the pillow does not stay cool for very long either. My pillowcase from my sheets does not stay on very well on the pillow because of the cooling cover. I didn't expect this from these pillows as we love our tempurpedic queen mattress. Didn't have any of these issues with the mattress. It's the most comfortable mattress we ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical about the "adjustable" comfort that was promised with this product. At first I couldn't use the pillow through a full night, but after I took out about a small square throw pillow' worth of filling I love this pillow. It was truly adjustable. Since the stuffing consists of small chucks of memory form you can move them around within the pillow and even adjust when you flip from your back to your side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pillow- I love this because it's easy to fluff and reset each night. I sleep mainly on my back and it supports my neck nicely. I have not had any aches or pains after waking up. My spouse is a side sleeper, who has the same pillow. They also wake up feeling great and refreshed and no pain!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just don't think this is particularly comfortable. It's common that I wake up and all the stuff has shifted to each side of my head, and I'm left with my head in the divot in the middle. Just doesn't work well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the pillow can be used in any sleeping position and that it is adjustable since you can take out some of the stuffing. I personally haven't taken any stuffing out; it's perfect the way it is. I bought 2 pillows and gave one to my friend who recently had neck surgery. She was thrilled with the pillow! She said it was the only pillow that allowed her to sleep on her side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a side sleeper. This pillow did not work out for me. I can't get comfortable enough to fall asleep so I can't use it. It is too bad that there is a no return policy - unfortunately, I bought two.
