[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea of an adjustable pillow is a cool concept but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. The pillow is "adjustable" because you can pull out the various stuffing materials to make it firmer or softer. What you don't realize when buying online though is that the stuffing is literally made up of shredded up, chunky material, which you can definitely feel when you lay down on the pillow. It's a fine balance between being comfortable and feeling like you're sleeping on foam childrens play blocks. Beyond that, the pillow needs more stuffing from the factory. As a side sleeper i sleep on the edge of the pillow so my head quite literally pushes the stuffing to the other side of the pillow, leaving the side I'm laying on flat and non-supportive. I also added the cooling element to these pillows and am very disappointed in it. It's noticeable for about the first 5 seconds and then quickly fades away. It's been years, I've bought all of tempur's pillows, and i still can't find one that doesn't give me neck pain over time or that actually stays cool while sleeping on it.

I tried multiple times with changing up the stuffing, to no avail. I can't get a good night's sleep, so I'm going back to feathers.

All I can tell you is DON'T DO IT! They have lumpy fill and they do not last! And they became crooked & lumpy; and don't wash up as good as they say. They sucked & they were trashed! The Tempur-Cloud Adjustable + Cooling King size Pillows are the most comfortable & cooling pillows I've ever bought! They conform to your head/neck/shoulders & you sink right in to the level you need. They are totally adjustable with the filling/ with easy washable covers! But! There is absolutely NO sweating with these pillows; they stay cool & comfortable! Better pillows than the first Tempurpedic pillows I owned 4 years ago; and those were amazing too! Wore them out! LOL! Guess I should have stayed what I knew & with the best; lessons learned! Much love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the pillows arrived I removed all packaging and removed the covers to wash them. The pillows themselves had such an awful chemical smell that I had to air them out. I stood them up in an empty laundry basket hoping that the smell would dissipate. After 3 days they still smelled awful so I sprayed them with Febreeze. On the 4th day I was going to put the pillow covers back on and try them out. When I picked up the first one I noticed what I thought were many, many gnats (thought they were attracted to the awful smell) but when I waved my hand to try to shoo them off, I discovered that the gnats were in fact lots and lots of tiny spiders. I grabbed a large trash bag, tossed both pillows in and threw them out. I'm rating 1 star as that is they only way the review will post.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pillow. I had to take out a decent amount of stuffing for it to be right for me, but that was quick and easy. I have 2 king-size ones, and I was able to make 2 small pillows for my couch with the extra stuffing. I also have the standard Tempur-Cloud and Symphony pillows. You can't really go wrong with any of them, it just depends how you like to sleep.

Height is good, cooler than most pillows but adjustability is a great idea that didn't quite work for me. It's to firm for me and if I take out filling to try and soften the pillow it's to low or thin. It's probably a great pillow for someone interested in a pillow on the firmer side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are plenty of adjustable pillows on the market, and I have tried others before. Layla, for example, makes the same type of pillow but half the price, and double the size. The more pricey Tempur-Pedic pillow has similar but more noticeable flaws. For starters, the Tempur_Cloud is suppose to use the patented temper material, but both pillows inner bits feels identical. The profit margin must be absolutely insane because all it is filled with is messy chopped up scrap foam. There is nothing different in feel between any of these brands. The pillow is lumpy(as lumpy as a MyPillow), and sleeps rather hot. (even the "cooling" version of the pillow sleeps hot!). I wish the foam was either a different higher quality so it wouldnt feel as lumpy, OR I wish they would just bring back the pillow that had the down feathers act as a soft cooling barrier between your foam support and your head. Also for the price, the packaging was really underwhelming. Comparing it again to the other brands, or even other pillows in the Tempur-Pedic line, this thing just came in a brown box like it came from a second hand store. At least let me feel like Im spending the amount of money I am! The one positive, is I like the concept of being able to add or take away girth to your pillow. Not everyone likes the same height, and not every height is the same when considering the material. I can tailor this to my own liking, which is is quick(albeit super messy - there will be foam everywhere, even when careful) and its fun to ask guests if they would like a different height as well. All in all, please bring back the Tempur Down feather pillow! Its essentially this pillow but softer and cooler!

I realized my neck was too stiff so I took some fluff out and it's pretty nice now. I want to try more of the tempur-pedic products, especially the neck support pillow. I also appreciate the washable pillow liner that is very nice! What would be even better is if there was a little baggie I could put the fluff in!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like that this pillow is easy to adjust, but the little foam bits end up just feeling a little lumpy and weird and, honestly, it doesn't have the tempurpedic feel I'm used to where it sinks under your body heat - it's a little more firm and bouncy than that. I tried this pillow for a week and then gave up and moved on to another.
