But they are not the same pillow and my husband cannot sleep on these. He ended up going to the store and found out that the products online are different than in the store. They start off plump and comfortable, but I've woken up at night in pain from sleeping on a slumped pillow. I regret buying these, as I wish I could return them and am unable to do so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've unstuffed, fluffed re-stuffed and fiddled with this pillow non stop since it arrived. NO PILLOW CASES WILL STAY ON IT. My neck still hurts every morning. I've meant to return it however the packaging it came in was outrageously huge so I tossed it to save space. Where are you supposed to store the extra filling you take out?? It makes a MESS when you try to make adjustments. The seam ripped when I pulled the ginormous tag off it :(

my husband and I each got one of these pillows. at first they showed up and one was significantly less stuffed and would not support either of our heads. so we reached out and customer service helped us and sent us more filling. they are now so comfortable.
