[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the pillows arrived they had a strong chemical smell, apparently coming from the fill. I called about returning them, and I was told to let them air out and the smell would go away. They have been airing now for about a month, and the smell is almost gone...not completely but almost. I hope that when I am able to actually use the pillows I will like them, but so far that hasn't been possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased one for my husband & I. We're very happy with them. I did have to take out some of the filling but it's so easy to do. Good quality pillows that I feel will last a long time. It's a wonderful feeling knowing I can rest comfortably! ❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I did not like this pillow. It was too fluffy, too high and did not mold to my head/neck. It took a few weeks to break in. I like this pillow and use it every night now but if you are looking for the squishy foam feel like the older Tempurpedic pillows, this is not it. However, it is considerably light in weight (not heavy) and easy to move around. My partner is very happy though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The old version of this pillow was great! Full of composite pieces that filled the pillow out. I'd lay my head down and sink in about 2-3 inches and straight of to sleep. But this one is underwhelming, the cooling protective cover works great! But at the price point not worth for the comfort level it provides.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few weeks sleeping on my new pillow, I know how to nestle in and make a comfortable place for my head and neck. The thickness works for me, I don't feel like I'll ever add or take out filling. My main complaint since I received the pillow is that it is so lumpy! It's the nature of the pillow since it's stuffed with pieces of foam but I personally think a different style could offer the same comfort but with a smoother, more level feel.

Height is good, cooler than most pillows but adjustability is a great idea that didn't quite work for me. It's to firm for me and if I take out filling to try and soften the pillow it's to low or thin. It's probably a great pillow for someone interested in a pillow on the firmer side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered 2 king pillows because I've had good experience with other Tempurpedic products. Unfortunately, these pillows don't do it for me and my wife. We are side sleepers and these aren't supportive enough. Initially laying on the pillow it feels soft, comfortable and supportive. But within minutes my head falls into the foam and feel like I'm almost flat onto the mattress. I thought when the product description said they are adjustable, I could get more foam to fill it more, but after a conversation with customer service I was told no. I'm now shopping for a better alternative from a different brand.

I have their cloud mattress and got these pillows to go with it and it was seriously the best decision EVER!!! I have never felt so comfortable in my entire existence!!!! Thank you Tempur-pedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a good pillow comfortable but the inside move's in shape of ur head and u have to rotate the pillow very day to get a comfortable pillow the next night for the price not worth it will not buy again. I sleep alittle better not much

We purchased two of these pillows. One arrived with too much foam filling and the other did not have enough foam filling. They compress and feel hard, not soft, and they do not feel cooler than our previous "My Pillow" pillows. Disappointed, to say the least.
