I did find the pillow too plump and firm at first, but by removing some of the filler made it just right and so comfortable. I saved the filler in case it is needed in the future. I also love the cooling quality of the pillow. Thank you for a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillows are too flat for me, the foam isn't that comfortable, and whatever is suppose to make the pool feel cooler doesn't really feel any cooler than a regular pillow. Also the factory smell of the pillow won't go away and for some reason my pillow cases keep sliding off.

In addition to position changes, sleeping with the pillows for the past month has improved the pain significantly! I didn't have to take a pain killer in the morning anymore. Would definitely recommend :)

After 2 weeks, I started feeling the pillow doesn't give me enough support on my neck and every time I wake up, I feel my beck and shoulder hurt and feeling tight. I tried to adjust but still not working. I bought it was because it was good advertisment and everything seem too good to be ture but it is not a long term pillow to support my neck overall. Disappoint with my purchase and now I am stuck with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed new pillows and saw an advertisement for a buy 1 - get 1 free. I purchased these pillows due to affordability and the adjustability. When I received the pillows, they did not have any extra crushed memory foam for adjusting them. I contacted TEMPUR-pedic to inquire about the extra crushed memory foam to adjust the pillows and was told the adjustments are only for removing the memory foam already in them, not being able to add more foam to make the firmer.

The ability to remove filling on these pillows to exactly how you like it is brilliant. I get a great nights sleep and no sore neck that I get with other pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these hoping they would be firm enough but yet soft enough also. They are adjustable on firm/soft. They seem to be holding up great just they way they came. I bought the pillows for a extra bed. Also bought 2 set of sheets they are great sleep cool, I only wish you could get the pillow case in what ever size that you needed. We have the split king and use a normal size pillow and the pillow case is way to large.

I need to be upfront: I did not expect this pillow to have such main character energy, but here we are. I've spent years locked in an abusive relationship with pillows that were either flat as a tortilla or so overstuffed I woke up feeling like I'd been in a chiropractic disagreement. This pillow allows you to remove or add the filling to my desire. Then there's the cooling cover, which is doing something borderline suspicious. Mine stayed cold the WHOLE night which sounds fake but it's true. I don't know how it does that and honestly I don't wanna know, I just wanna enjoy it. Yeah it's pricey, But it's worth it. I would 100% throw hands to protect this pillow.

I took out the filling and added back to see if I could get the perfect fit but it NEVER happened. I thought that we had a 90 day return policy but I was wrong. They don't offer that on pillows. To top it off one of the pillows had a faulty zipper and when we called to get the pillow case replaced, they gave us the HARDEST times to get a resolution. I think this is the last time I buy anything from Temper-Pedic. Lesson learned.
