I have severe problems with my back and I truly believe this bed is the only reason I have not needed surgical intervention .I recently bought a Tempurpedic pillow for my daughter because she has tried numerous pillows and could never find a comfortable one.She is thrilled with the pillow.

We bought these pillows after purchasing the King Adjustable - cooling pillows for our camper since it has a short queen mattress. Anytime you change sleeping arrangements, it takes time to adapt. Purchasing these pillows for the camper helped us ease into a better sleeping pattern while on the road and them coming back home. A good quality pillow is essential for a good nights rest, no one likes waking up with a pain in their neck. Since these pillows are adjustable, add and remove filler material as needed to get the desired comfort. Any excess you have, store in a zip lock bag for future use.

After I got it just right for my neck it was pretty comfortable. P.S. I bought a couple of zippered small pillow cases and made two travel pillows.

I love this pillow! It affords me many options, tummy, side, and back sleeping positions. I can mold it to suit my comfort needs. I am so happy I purchased it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally! A pillow that I can adjust to the perfect density for ME! After adjusting initially, I slept on it a few nights, only to realize it wasn't perfect. So I readjusted it and now it's honestly perfect for me. No regrets.

These pillows indicate that they are adjustable, but you have to remove the memory foam to adjust them - which makes a mess. Its easy to remove too much, and difficult to get it "just right" However, the cooling feature really works! So, that's good.
