[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow has good support but I'm trying to find the right balance that doesn't hurt my neck as a side sleeper still. I ordered the regular standard pillow and still find it much better for my neck, even if it isn't indicated for side sleepers. And we LOVE our Tempur-Pedic bed!!

After removing a bit of the filler, I found the perfect height for back and side sleeping! I'm not a huge fan of feeling the chunks of foam while awake, but I don't notice at all once I fall asleep and stay comfortably asleep all night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is comfortable for my husband he absolutely loves it. he is a back sleeper. I on the other hand is a side sleeper. I feel like it gets to flat and have to adjust the pillow, I wake up more often than usual so I guess it depends on the person. Shipping was fast and I do wanna try other pillows from Tempur-Pedic and see which fits my standard of liking since my husband has found his pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 4 of your Tempur-cloud adjustable & cooling pillow and I am not very happy with the purchase. They are very flat and need more filling in them to start with and they are suppose to be adjustable pillows where you can take the filling out to make for your comfort level. I have a Tempur-pedic bed and am pleased with that purchase but I will probably not buy anymore pillows after this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered 2 king pillows because I've had good experience with other Tempurpedic products. Unfortunately, these pillows don't do it for me and my wife. We are side sleepers and these aren't supportive enough. Initially laying on the pillow it feels soft, comfortable and supportive. But within minutes my head falls into the foam and feel like I'm almost flat onto the mattress. I thought when the product description said they are adjustable, I could get more foam to fill it more, but after a conversation with customer service I was told no. I'm now shopping for a better alternative from a different brand.

I tend to get super hot at night with most pillows but not this one. Being able to adjust the height of the pillow makes it ideal for any sleep position.
