[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow is comfortable and is nicely cool without the cover with a pillow cover though the cooling cover doesn't do as much. It is comfortable to sleep on and have not had any issues with the pillow at this point.

Im kind of little though, so I find it to be overstuffed and too high-profile for comfortable neck alighnment. It is very cooling and a fantastic texture and support so I may try opening it up to pull some stuffing out.

Everything kept hurting my shoulders and my neck, I was desperate so I decided to get a tempurpedic pillow! Honestly, I really love this pillow, it is just super comfortable and doesn't cause extra neck pain or anything. I think this is the one where you can take some of the fluff out, I didn't feel the need to do that so I've just been using it the way it came. Super happy with it, now my current fave pillow! I want to gift everyone one of these who is not satisfied with their current pillows!

I purchased these pillows based on the reviews and because I was having troubles sleeping. would wake up with a sore neck. These pillows are uncomfortable and have made my neck soreness worse. These pillows are good to sleep in between your legs but don't recommend.

Even using my CPAP machine, the pillow just seems to cuddle my head. I often fall asleep thinking, what a great purchase this was.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely a comfy pillow. I really like how i can adjust the inside stuffing. The only didn't like, is that it does smell out of the box, but it does fade after you air it out and wash the outside cover a couple times. Would buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seam on the outside of the zipper of the outer cover (the washable one) tore completely open where the big tag is - which ripped the first wash. Its still a cover, but since the seam on the outsides of the zipper is broken, its just a regular open pillow case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is very supportive while also allowing you to sink in. It is cool and comfy. For me, it is a little too thick. I think I would prefer a thinner version, but it is a very nice pillow overall. Great for sitting up against while watching tv or reading.

This time decided that I liked the idea of picking my own firmness but I'm just not impressed with this one. I didn't remove any of the foam and after a month is just doesn't seem as full as it was when I first purchased it. I don't think it will last as long as my former pillows.
