[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comfortable, they mold to your head. They look a bit high but once you lay your head on them they adjust. I can reshape them in the morning. Not too firm or soft, just perfect. I use to have horrible neck pain, now I sleep soundly and wake up refreshed. They stay cool.

I have been sleeping only contour Tempur Pedic pillows for years. No other pillow is good for my neck but I thought I would give the Cloud Adjustable pillow a try. Sorry but my neck love likes the contour pillow. Maybe my guests will like the Cloud Adjustable pillow.

At first I removed too much of the stuffing, but could easily put some of it back in to get it just the right thickness. If you are picky about pillows, this is a sure bet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I delayed reviewing the product to give me time to figure out what works about the pillow. I bought a pair and it is a waste of money. After several weeks I finally removed them from the bed for good. I can't return them so they are stored until I finally give up and donate them to charity. They are hard as a rock and don't give me appropriate support...they don't give in any way. I tried sleeping on my side and back and all I noticed was they consistently gave me a stiff neck. I do not recommend them. They are not at all what I expected.

No more neckaches when I wake up from too thick, too flat, or too firm a pillow. I also put some foam pieces in a peanut shaped pillow case for just the right amount of neck support when I sleep on my back. It's like 2 pillows in 1. I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone and everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted so badly to love this pillow, but sadly after using it for 2 weeks and giving it every opportunity I had to stop using it. It's described as a soft pillow online but it is incredibly firm. I removed some stuffing to help but I would wake up every morning to all of the stuffing in the ends and none in the middle. I tried everything with this pillow and just couldn't make it work. I would have returned it if that was possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered two of these pillows and one of them was amazing, but the quality of the second one is definitely inconsistent. The filling in the second one is loose and shifts while I am sleeping leaving my head resting on almost no pillow with the majority of the pillow squashed up against the headboard. The first one is amazing and properly supports my head without any changes during the night. I love the quality of the first pillow, and was happy to pay the significant price for the quality I expected, but the second pillow was definitely not worth the money.
