So I bought two, one for me and one for my husband. The two pillows that came in had an uneven amount of cushion. My husband's pillow had a really good amount and has held up well in the last month but mines already came in with visibly less cushion than his. So we decided to just take some of his and put it in mines but it was not enough. My pillow is completely flat, not nearly enough cushion and has no support so it hurts my neck. I'll have to go back to my old pillow.

The cooling system was ok but for me the removable stuff form the inside the pillow was a mess after taking some of it out the pillow didn't perform the way I wanted, if I knew before it was this material I wouldn't order it in the first place...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I left all the foam in and it looks like a large pillow. Once you lay on the pillow it flattens out. I also have the straight foam pillows from tempur and this is a nice change. You can move the foam around as you lay on it. For the price, I would recommend

There is plenty of stuffing that if you don't like it super firm you can easily remove the stuffing and add back if to much!! Which is exactly what I did to get it just the way I wanted it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 15 years, my original TP pillow no longer returned to the original shape, it was worn out. Time for a new pillow! Purchased the TP-cloud Adjustable Pillow. Upon arriving, we adjusted the height of the pillow, so I have a head angle of about 10 degrees. About 23% of the filling was taken out. First night and I woke with less pain. In a week the pain was gone. My husband also reports I no longer snore or have sleep apnea issues, that used to cause me to wake do to coughing. This disputed my sleep overnight, and his as well. We both now sleep awaking fresh and ready for the day.

Yes, you can fluff these up or try to pack them down a bit but I found them a bit too firm for my liking. These may be great for a back sleeper but as a side sleeper, the pillows were too firm to contour to my neck and it made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Again, if you're looking for something a bit firm, these pillows are great! I think I'm going to put mine in the guest room and go for a pillow that is soft

They are very comfortable and adjust with your body position as desired. The filling in the pillows provides nice support and the extra length is perfect for me. I already purchased two more in queen size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within the past year or so I've had bad luck trying to find a pillow that doesn't leave me waking up with neck pain. I had a Casper pillow that worked for about 6 months, then the neck pain started. Bought this pillow on a whim and I'm thrilled that I did. No neck or shoulder pain and I sleep mostly on my side. Haven't had to remove and of the stuffing to adjust the firmness but that is definitely a cool feature.

Due to the reviews, I decided to buy this one, and as it said, I gave it a month to get used to it, but the more I think about it, I can't understand how I thought that chopped up foam would be good for my neck! I have tried taking some of the foam out, to "adjust it", however, this product is unbelievably uncomfortable; as I said, you're better off filling a bag with cotton balls and sleeping on it. I am deeply dissatisfied, and still on the look for the perfect pillow to get a good night sleep. If this was returnable, I would have returned it a long time ago. Hope this helps others!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get an adjustable pillow, but I am disappointed in the pillow itself. I took some stuffing out since it was too thick for my neck, and instead of thinning out the entire pillow as I hoped, I just ended up with an empty flat space where my head was on the pillow. Repeated fluffing and pushing the filling around inside the pillow didn't help. I put some filling back in, thinking perhaps I took too much out, but it did not help. Removing and replacing the filling itself was a real pain, too. The little pieces got all staticky and stuck to my clothes and even my hands and were incredibly difficult to get off of me. I had to stop using this lumpy, unsupportive pillow because the filling just didn't spread out/reallocate evenly once I had removed some to thin the pillow. It just got all lumpy and all the remaining filling constantly moved to either side of where I laid my head at night. Now I've got another useless couple of pillows in my collection. Disappointed.
