[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is light soft and supportive. I love the fact it is cooling as well as the fact you can adjust the shape by adding or removing material. Overall a great option from tempur pedic for under $100 would recommend and buy again.

I've adjusted it several times and it's very lumpy. Makes my neck hurt and I have to adjust it. Might have to try the gel.

I wouldn't pay full price honestly. It is better than other shredded foam pillows I have tried. There's more material so it plumper which I like. My head doesn't overly squish it. It doesn't get too hot but it does get warm during the night.

All I can tell you is DON'T DO IT! They have lumpy fill and they do not last! And they became crooked & lumpy; and don't wash up as good as they say. They sucked & they were trashed! The Tempur-Cloud Adjustable + Cooling King size Pillows are the most comfortable & cooling pillows I've ever bought! They conform to your head/neck/shoulders & you sink right in to the level you need. They are totally adjustable with the filling/ with easy washable covers! But! There is absolutely NO sweating with these pillows; they stay cool & comfortable! Better pillows than the first Tempurpedic pillows I owned 4 years ago; and those were amazing too! Wore them out! LOL! Guess I should have stayed what I knew & with the best; lessons learned! Much love!

We had just replaced our 16 year old Tempur-pedic mattress of 16 years and received a BOGO on accessories, so I bought a pillow. I took a chance on their pillows, the coupon and 5 year warranty certainly helped with the decision. After 1 night I was sold on the their pillow and threw the old one out! It's been 1 month and still in love with my pillow, great comfort and quality. Easy to re-fluff each night and holds it shape through-out the night for my side sleeping.

It's not the size of a standard king. It's supposed to cool and most mornings I wake up sweating profusely. Not worth what I doesn't. Completely disappointed.

Realized that the acupuncture bills are greater than the price of pillows. And decided to purchase tempur pedic. Luckily I found a discount. So far highly satisfied. No need to get a new mattress to get out of pain. The new pillows are sufficient.
