It contours to your head like the mattress contours to your body. It provides a different dimension of comfort and sleep! You have to try it to understand!

I saw these online and decided to give them a try. So glad I did, I love my new pillows! Just the right firmness and you can scrunch them! Can't say there is anything I don't like about them. He likes to plump it up high, and I like a divot for my head to be aligned and give support to my shoulders and neck. Both can be accomplished with this pillow with the way you can move the interior pieces around. This is definitely a keeper.

Customer service was superb as they got back to me immediately on my request and sent out additional filling so that we could customize our pillows.

They are very comfortable and adjust with your body position as desired. The filling in the pillows provides nice support and the extra length is perfect for me. I already purchased two more in queen size.

Initially, Tempur-cloud was supportive and comfortable but after a week, it feels flat. I tried adjusting the fill but can't seem to get it back to it's initial feel. My other adjustable pillow has held it's shape for 5 years. BTW, We love our Tempur-pedic mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted so badly to love this pillow, but sadly after using it for 2 weeks and giving it every opportunity I had to stop using it. It's described as a soft pillow online but it is incredibly firm. I removed some stuffing to help but I would wake up every morning to all of the stuffing in the ends and none in the middle. I tried everything with this pillow and just couldn't make it work. I would have returned it if that was possible.

These were not as expected and I wish I hasn't bought them. 1. They smell like chemicals. 2. Instead of a solid foam piece it's a bunch of small foam pieces. 3. I bought two and had to throw them away they smelled so bad. 4. I have a +10 year pillow from temperpedic but am still in shock how awful these were. Don't waste your money on these like I did.
