[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my memory foam pillow if 20 years with this pillow. I love this pillow! It has helped with my neck not being so stiff. The only thing is I wish there was a little more stuffing so I didn't have to readjust the pillow during the night. It can get kind of flat where my head it, so I'll just flip it over.

The pillow changed the shape and couldn't hold itself in the middle of the night, so I would try to fluff up the pillow to fit with my neck. Not an unusual experience from pillows but didn't expect to do it for a tempur pedic pillow. So overall, it's good, but not great.

Got curious, removing a handful or two just to see and was pleasantly surprised that I'm liking the difference. I use both throughout the night. I find them to be relatively cool. Very pleased with my purchase.

I have not had any aches or pains after waking up. My spouse is a side sleeper, who has the same pillow. They also wake up feeling great and refreshed and no pain!

When the two pillows arrived, I used the filling to make a perfect king size pillow that would support my hips/knees. It really is ideal for me because I wanted this size in this foam, and I wanted it to be adjustable so I could make it work the way I need it to.

I have their cloud mattress and got these pillows to go with it and it was seriously the best decision EVER!!! I have never felt so comfortable in my entire existence!!!! Thank you Tempur-pedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the idea of an adjustable pillow! But the execution leaves a lot to be desired... and a mess. The opening to remove or add back filling is very small making it difficult to get my hand out once I had a handful of filling (I do not have large hands). The filling is a nightmare all by itself. I get that it needs to be in pieces for this idea to work, but some of the pieces are smaller than a pencil eraser. They fall all over and cling to everything in sight (including the bed, and my hands/shirt/hair) and trying to get them back into the pillow (or into the bag where I planned to store the extra filling) was an exercise in futility. I ended up having to vacuum up the smallest pieces. I made it through the ordeal, and overall the pillow is comfortable, though it does compress a lot overnight whether I sleep on my back or side and doesn't bounce back much in the time it takes me to go to the bathroom and come back to bed. I didn't take out very much filling overall, and I'd like to put some of the filling back in to see if that would help with the overnight compression, but I have put off trying this because the process is so frustrating.

I have found these pillows to be very comfortable and there is no break-in time. No more stiff neck in the morning and no matter what position I sleep in I get a good nights sleep. It is nice that it has a removable cover wo will be able to wash. Now I have my mattress, topper and pillows all Tempur-Pedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to purchase the Temper-Cloud Adjustable + Cooling Pillow after it was recommended to me by a friend. I have had difficulity with tension and pain in my neck caused from a car accident. I would wake up with headaches. This pillow forms to your neck and gives the needed support for side or back sleeping positions. I have been using the pillow for a month now. I wake up feeling rested. The tension and pain in my neck is gone. I would highly recommend this pillow for anyone looking to improve the quality of their sleep.
