So, removed stuffing from hers to her liking and put a little of hers in mine and we are sleeping more comfortable than we have in years...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was skeptical to try this pillow as I have a lot of piercings and most pillows hurt my piercings. This Tempur Cloud Adjustable Pillow is easily shaped and easy on my piercings. I used to have to sleep on a u shaped neck pillow which was not comfortable at all but now I can comfortably sleep. Life changing for me. I also bought this pillow in King Size which is even more awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is lumpy and doesn't hold its shape. You can take fill out of the pillow but no extra fill is provided so the only adjustable aspect is to make it more flat. The pillow is not comfortable. Very disappointed.

Then my husband laid down on my pillow and said "hey when and where did you get a new pillow and not get me one?" I promptly pulled out my extra one and he was very happy. We are both sleeping better. They have held up well, show no signs of flattening. They are so lightweight, which was a surprise. Thinking of giving some for gifts. Who wouldn't love to get one of the Adjustable Cloud pillows? Suggestion: Please look into offering additional fill that can be purchased separately. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far very pleased, but I could use more filling to make it a little firmer. It looses it's support and I have to flip it in the middle of the night. I can certainly feel the cooling feature which is a good thing.

Unpack them a day before you plan to sleep on them, as they come with a moderately strong off-gassing odor that takes a day to dissipate. I might still get a hotel-style soft pillow elsewhere, but these upgraded my main pillows very nicely.

They are the perfect balance of firm and supportive, while also being comfortable and form fitting. They mold to the shape of my head, neck and back to make for a perfect night's sleep!

I tried to return them, but they don't take returns - even for the unopened one (I bought 2). I tried to pawn them off on my kids, but my did don't like them either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I immediately realized that there was way too much material in the pillow for me and my head was like at unnatural angle to my body when it was on the pillow so I took some of the stuffing out and tried sleeping with it, and I found that I still had my head in unnatural position, and I actually got neck aches, and some numbing in my arm from my head being tweaked in a different position than it should be and then I removed some more filling and I still have not been able to find the sweet spot so I'm just giving up it's not at all what I thought it was gonna be like. SAd cuz it was pretty pricey

These pillows are stuffed with small foam cubes, which appear to be waste from mattress manufacturing. The cubes are lumpy and uncomfortable. Even worse, there is a strong industrial smell to the cubes, which makes the pillows unusable. I tried to return them but was told that I have to make a warranty claim.
