[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never bought a pillow before and I had only used one's handed down from me by my parents, and good sleep depended heavily on whether or not I could get my pillow into the correct position. Since ordering this pillow my sleep quality has drastically improved. I now no longer have to worry about getting my pillow to be the correct and it is always soft. I love the foam that forms to my head to make sleeping the most comfortable for me. I have already recommended this to my roommate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not sure when I got the pillows but after I used them I will never use anything else. I am an active sleeper rolling from side to back to other side. These adjust perfectly with me. I have not had a stiff neck or back since I got them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a new Tempur-pedic pillow to go with my new Tempur-pedic bed. I've slept on very flat feather pillows, so I wasn't sure how I deal with the new one. But I've actually stopped having neck pain it's gently supportive..

These pillows were disappointing and unfortunately are not returnable. The pillow is misshapen already - bulky in the wrong parts and too slim in others. Even if I try to fluff or reshape it, the pillow ends up in a funky shape. I was excited about these pillows so this was too bad especially for the money spent.

Only because it's brand new it's really tall, a bit too tall for my neck. So right now I'm using it as a leg pillow, hopefully it'll squish down a bit to be more comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not been able to use the pillows. They smell like formaldehyde! They have been left out of the box for weeks and still smell. I tried to return, but no returns on pillows! Very disappointed in the brand and service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like thinner/flatter pillows so I knew that I would have to remove some of the filling from these pillows. So far I've removed maybe 1/4 of the filling from one pillow but I'm thinking of taking some more out. I left the other one as it came and use that when I'm sitting up in bed, not sleeping. I like that if offers a lot of support for when I'm reading, scrolling through my phone etc. I did notice an unpleasant odor when I first got the pillows. It wasn't overwhelming but was definitely noticeable when my face was on the pillow. I did have to let them air out for a couple of weeks before using them because of that. They are fine now.
