[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expected a higher quality pillow from this well known brand and am disappointed to find that after a few hours of rest, the pillow deforms to an uncomfortable and lopsided shape. It becomes lumpy by the next day and doesn't offer support for my head or neck.

The amount of cushion is great tight from the box. Didn't need to adjust them at all. I'm buying more for my entire family. Great product and worth every penny.

I am one who dies not like a thick pillow. This pillow I was able to remove done if the filling and made it a perfect height for me. I have also have enjoyed the cooling material. I would recommend!!!

And the stuffing is styrofoam bits. And since I purchased off IG didn't realize there was a no refund policy and it's not stated throughout the process.

It's like laying your head on a cloud. After months of struggling to fall asleep, these pillows relax me immediately and I fall right to sleep!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read in a local newspaper the opinion and recommendation of a physician who suffered from sleep apnea and discovered this pillow was very helpful with his mask sleep apnea treatment. He liked the pillow because of its solid construction which is advantageous for his restful sleep therapy because this pillow held his head in the proper position for positve breathing during his sleep. I find that is a positive for me too, but I am a side sleeper and am not as comfortable when sleeping. But I find this pillow very helpful with my arthritic spine at C1 and C3 vertebra. when I do sleep on my back because the solid form keeps my head from slumping forward which causes my fingers in both hands to tingle and I'm awakened from deep sleep to readjust my head position. So this pillow does help me with my artiritic spinal pain. This pillow is really heavy and very solid and cannot be fluffed into softness. I do use it nightly, but often I've moved it over to the side and I then find my softer pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second set of pillows that I've gotten the first set wasn't adjustable. This one was. My preference is the non-adjustable. Make sure to choose the right pillow type as they don't accept returns/exchanges for most reasons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the extra firm cooling pillows. The extra firm is exactly what it says been 4 months and still not breaking these pillows in at all. They're comfortable, quiet, and heavier so you don't have to chase pillow around the bed. The cooling part isn't worth the extra money, my bamboo pillows retain less heat than these. Overall nice pillow, If I were to drop another $150 on pillows id probably return to bamboo.
