After having tried traditional pillows that were too thick and not adjustable, I was attracted to the Tempurpedic cloud pillows as I can adjust the size and thickness. My chronic neck pain is healing, and I can still comfortably sleep on my side with the proper support. I recommend this pillow if you are looking for an adjustable and unique option for your comfort level.

I did remove about half of the stuffing inside to make it less thick and this helped immensely. Love that they give you that option. Using as my daily pillow now!

From the description I thought that one side would be an ultra soft memory foam and the other side was going to be a more dense memory foam that way if you want some thing a little bit thinner you flip it on one side and if you want it to be a little bit thicker and bounce back you flip it on the other side.

We bought two and both myself and my wife had the same awful 2-3 night experience hoping it would get better but only resulted in us getting sore necks.

I called about returning them, and I was told to let them air out and the smell would go away. They have been airing now for about a month, and the smell is almost gone...not completely but almost. I hope that when I am able to actually use the pillows I will like them, but so far that hasn't been possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most pillows are fine for a while. But then they start to lose their comfort level permanently. Not my TEMPUR-Cloud pillow. If it starts to lose its appeal, I just manipulate the pilo and readjust the interior material to reform the shape to my liking. Since the filling is made of many foam pieces, it is easy to get back to my favorite conformation and comfort level.
