I took out the filling and added back to see if I could get the perfect fit but it NEVER happened. I thought that we had a 90 day return policy but I was wrong. They don't offer that on pillows. To top it off one of the pillows had a faulty zipper and when we called to get the pillow case replaced, they gave us the HARDEST times to get a resolution. I think this is the last time I buy anything from Temper-Pedic. Lesson learned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comfortable, they mold to your head. They look a bit high but once you lay your head on them they adjust. I can reshape them in the morning. Not too firm or soft, just perfect. I use to have horrible neck pain, now I sleep soundly and wake up refreshed. They stay cool.

He tried this pillow and did not like it because it is different then what he is used to using. However, I did not love the original and tried this pillow. I have commented nightly that this is the best pillow I have ever used. I'm sold and won't go back to any other type of pillow again.

Love that I can move the stuffing to where I need most support. Sometimes we snuggle in bed and my significant other likes to use my pillow and having less stuffing on their end of the pillow with more on mine makes it comfortable sleeping beside one another.

I reached out to tempur-pedic to setup a return and was told all sales were final on pillows and I couldn't even return the pillows that were still in the box. Terrible experience will not use this brand again.

Ordered during the Black Friday sale. These pillows are awful. They are slippery and do not stay in a case. The filling is so sparse that there are blank spots/gaps instantly. Absolutely hate them. The only reason I have the two stars? The cooling effect is great. That’s it.

Comfortable pillow that easily adjustable. I usually sleep on my side, but sometimes on my back. I can move the filling around easily to make my neck comfortable depending on how I’m laying. It is a little bit cooler than standard pillows, which is also a plus.

So I got these and they're not comfy at all lol. I really tried to give them a chance. They're lumpy and hard :( Big bummer

After I got it just right for my neck it was pretty comfortable. P.S. I bought a couple of zippered small pillow cases and made two travel pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a Tempurpedic memory foam mattress, and was also in the market for new pillows too. After having tried traditional pillows that were too thick and not adjustable, I was attracted to the Tempurpedic cloud pillows as I can adjust the size and thickness. My chronic neck pain is healing, and I can still comfortably sleep on my side with the proper support. I recommend this pillow if you are looking for an adjustable and unique option for your comfort level.
