Too firm but if you removed some of the filling then it's too flat. It's also a little small for my liking as it's smaller than standard pillow size after it settles. Not too happy about the product, did not feel like having to deal with the return process.

It is nice for someone who goes from sleeping on the back or stomach to sleeping on their side because they can adjust it to properly cradle their head. However, the foam is very firm and doesn't mold as well as another brand of pillow that has similar features. My husband prefers a feather pillow and found this pillow way too hard and wouldn't use it.

The pillow itself is comfortable. I wish it was just a little bit thicker. I also do not think that the cooling element was worth the extra price. I do not notice that the pillow is any cooler than normal. I wish we were given more filler to adjust it a little bit more. I really do like how you can move the memory foam around in the pillow. I also really like that you can unzip and was the pillow case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to tempur-Cloud you are messing around with the best , Forget about any other pillows you've heard about because this one takes the cake , When you take it out of the box you are already going to start to relax just by looking at it & smelling the new pillow smell which will start to put you in a soon to be sleep trance . Don't go through anyone else get this product and sleep the rest of your life away in peace !

Molds into a lump of coal. This pillow is very uncomfortable and does not mold to your sleep position as advertised. It literally feels like a rock. Looking at the tags it's not even made by tempurpedic, so who knows what materials they are actually using. Disappointing and no return/exchange policy so an absolute waste of money.

If a bigger pillow isn't what you want, you can remove some of the foam to make it perfect! My neck and shoulders used to hurt when I woke up and now after sleeping on this pillow I wake up feeling great!

A comfortable, & soft, but also firm pillowy cloud that cradles my head so I may fall asleep, perfectly. I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle whatever life is going to throw at me! Once we move into a house, I will DEFINITELY be buying a Tempurpedic Bed, if the pillow is this AWESOME, then the mattress must be GODLY!!

I got 2 Tempur-Pedic pillows with a bed purchase over 15 years ago. While I washed them regularly, they were pretty beat, and we needed new ones. The fill has changed a bit since the originals...but for the better. I'm not sure how they can be so light, yet so firm while in use.

We love our mattresses and thought we'd give the pillows a try. The standard pillows allowed me to make mine more firm and my husband's softer. The king pillows we purchased are a little too firm for my husband but perfect for me. Overall the ability to wash the pillow casing and adjust the smaller pillows to our liking have made a client for life. My husband loves his for reading and remove it once he's ready for bed and uses the smaller pillow for sleeping.

This one, in particular is really tickling my fancy of late, because I indulge in its extravagant softness and excellent nature. I love the way it contours to my body, it makes me feel as if I am one with the univerae.
