[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mere fact that I can adjust the pillow makes ALL of the difference. I haven't found a god pillow for a stomach sleeper like me in years and decided to take the chance on this one. The pillow comes very full and taking out a modest amount created the perfect level for my head and prevent my arm from falling asleep underneath it. The only thing I found bothersome was that the pillow has a very strong scent when it arrives. It does not disappear in the first few days and I had to double wrap the pillow in two cases. Besides that I find the pillow to feel premium and comfortable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so looking forward to receiving your pillows. The price was right as it was buy one get one free. They were packaged so nicely, but they smelled horrible! I hung them out on the line for 3 or 4 days. One night it poured rain so hard that I had to let them hang out another 3 or 4 days for them to dry. They still smelled. I called your customer service and your representative said it would take at least 2 weeks. I threw them in the dryer and the smell finally went away. Then when I decided to use them, I had to remove so much fill inside the pillow so it would be comfortable. Probably 1/3 of the fill. The cooling cover on the pillow does not stay cool for very long either. My pillowcase from my sheets does not stay on very well on the pillow because of the cooling cover. I didn't expect this from these pillows as we love our tempurpedic queen mattress. Didn't have any of these issues with the mattress. It's the most comfortable mattress we ever owned.

I'm very picky about pillows and experience neck pain and headaches when the pillows are not quality. I have been quite happy with my pillow and surprisingly my husband noticed the difference from his previous pillow and won't sleep on anything else.

Due to the reviews, I decided to buy this one, and as it said, I gave it a month to get used to it, but the more I think about it, I can't understand how I thought that chopped up foam would be good for my neck! I have tried taking some of the foam out, to "adjust it", however, this product is unbelievably uncomfortable; as I said, you're better off filling a bag with cotton balls and sleeping on it. I am deeply dissatisfied, and still on the look for the perfect pillow to get a good night sleep. If this was returnable, I would have returned it a long time ago. Hope this helps others!

They are the perfect balance of firm and supportive, while also being comfortable and form fitting. They mold to the shape of my head, neck and back to make for a perfect night's sleep!

I have had a hard time finding a pillow that will support my erratic sleep movements. Usually waking up in the morning with a stiff neck, or headache because my head and neck were propped up at weird angles through the night. With this pillow, no matter if I am on my side, back or stomach my head and neck feel comfortable and relaxed.

The first day sleeping with this pillow.. I didn't move. I woke up in the same position I went to sleep with. You truly don't know how much of an impact a pillow has until you try Temperpedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a loyal Tempur pedic mattress owner. Thought since I loved my mattress I would try their pillows too. Not sold on this pillow with all the little pieces of foam in it. Like the fact I can take some out to fit my comfort level but still not sure I will use this pillow on a daily basis. I expected more comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows are very nice and supportive and also a great value for what they are! The only issue that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that it's not that easy to get them to the right plumpness level (by unzipping and emptying some of the fillers). It would be nice if the little pieces were not so tiny that they go everywhere - still vacuuming them up. The only other thing is that there is a dent where my head is. But still better than most pillows I've bought!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product does not feel cool. It will for literally one second if I don't have a pillow case on it. The actual pillow is firm and also soft so the pillow is a good pillow but zero cooling in this. Super disappointing.
