These pillows are advertised as adjustable. It states you can remove some of the fill to adjust to your comfort. What they don't tell you is the pillows do not even come full so there is no way you would want to remove any of the filling. I've only had the pillow for a week and every night I've woken up with a headache that became a migraine. The pillows go completely flat after only an hour or two. I wake up several times thru the night and have to flip it and fluff it. I requested purchasing more fill which is not an option. And you can't return them so I wasted my money. Don't waste yours! Don't even bother with these pillows. They are the worst pillows I've ever bought. Very disappointed! I expected more from this company

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted so badly to love this pillow, but sadly after using it for 2 weeks and giving it every opportunity I had to stop using it. It's described as a soft pillow online but it is incredibly firm. I removed some stuffing to help but I would wake up every morning to all of the stuffing in the ends and none in the middle. I tried everything with this pillow and just couldn't make it work. I would have returned it if that was possible.

The pillow itself is nothing special, just a stuffed pillow that could use more filling, it’s initially cool then after a couple of minutes it’s not cool anymore, let along the rest of the night. I still get woke up because I’m sweating, I have a fan blowing on me and keep my room at 66 degrees.

The filling in the second one is loose and shifts while I am sleeping leaving my head resting on almost no pillow with the majority of the pillow squashed up against the headboard. The first one is amazing and properly supports my head without any changes during the night. I love the quality of the first pillow, and was happy to pay the significant price for the quality I expected, but the second pillow was definitely not worth the money.

When the two pillows arrived, I used the filling to make a perfect king size pillow that would support my hips/knees. It really is ideal for me because I wanted this size in this foam, and I wanted it to be adjustable so I could make it work the way I need it to.

Was skeptical about spending the money but have wasted more money on several different pillows so had nothing to lose at first they seam hard but after getting used to them and removing about 5 large hand fulls of stuffing I've dialed them in and get better sleep than I've had in year's well worth the money

The filling can be pulled out and adjusted for your comfort and preference which is super cool. It also stays cool to the touch which is nice if your body temperature tends to be too hot.
