[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the mattress, these pillows have a strong odor that is annoying. I have let mine air out for two months before using. Now they are fine. Tempur needs to address this odor issue in their products. Otherwise I would have given it five stars.

There is plenty of stuffing that if you don't like it super firm you can easily remove the stuffing and add back if to much!! Which is exactly what I did to get it just the way I wanted it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a tempurpedic only pillow user for I'm guessing 20 years or so. The original "cloud" pillow was too tall for me, so I cut a hole in the tempur material at the end and adjusted the chopped material to what suited me. So I was super excited when I needed another pillow and they now offered it with a zipper to adjust the filling. Here's where I think there is room for improvement, the current pillow does not have the solid tempur material encasing the chopped up pieced, and I can feel the chopped pieces when I lay my head on it. If they could engineer the pillow the way it used to be with a zipper I think it would be the ultimate pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DONT BUY THIS PILLOW!!!I had a bad experience here. Got a set of pillows and thought they were very uncomfortable. Then the other set arrived. I never opened the boxes, and was not able to return them!

The foams are super comfy and adjusts to your head and posture over time. It was filled quite a lot, so I had to remove some foams out first. Good thing that the foams can be removed or added. I suggest that you put this pillow in a cotton or satin pillow cover, since it kind of pulls your hair when you sleep on it without any pillow cover. Overall, high quality pillow and definitely brought more value than its price to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pillow with medium firmness. I purchased this pillow along with the neck pillow which works as a good combination for me. I read in bed and enjoy the fullness of both while reading then the neck pillow for sleeping.

This dramatically changed my sleep I cant believe I went forever without this pillow. The perfect firmness and support for my neck and have had no problems since using them. I never sleep with one pillow and now I do because I do not need the second. Absolutely amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pillow assuming it would be packed full, and the adjustment would be to remove material to meet desired thickness. That isn't the case. The pillow comes a little more than 3/4 full. I have to fold it down so the material doesn't disappear from under my head. When I have enough material, I like the pillow. I was very disappointed in this product, especially for the price. The search for a comfortable pillow goes on.

I wake up feeling more refreshed and can fall asleep quicker than usual. The cooling case does stay pretty cool! Only thing that would make this pillow better is if it used more of the blue Tempur memory foam for that Tempur bed feeling.
