Most pillows I've purchased are to soft - designed like a feather pillow. I can't use these as they leave my head to low causing neck issues and oddly my sinuses get clogged up. The Tempur-cloud is really comfortable. Somehow it is soft and supportive at the same time. Good for sleeping or leaning on while reading before bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I've had this pillow for over a month now and so I feel satisfied in my review and recommendation for it. When I first got it, it felt strangely cheap. You could feel foam pieces throughout. It was about 4" thick and easily manipulated. I was worried it would bunch up like the cheap poly fill ones, but nope. It has been wonderful. Your head sinks in, just enough, and it does literally cradle you like a cloud. It springs back into shape when you get up. I can scrunch it under my neck area when lying on my side, but by the time I relax, I let the pillow relax and feel comfortable enough to stay in that position to fall asleep. My neck pain is finally easing up. I've been like the princess and the pea, but have finally figured out, it was just bad pillows until now! Haha highly recommend for side or back sleepers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product does not feel cool. It will for literally one second if I don't have a pillow case on it. The actual pillow is firm and also soft so the pillow is a good pillow but zero cooling in this. Super disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is not a good pillow for me as I have neck issues. I thought that maybe I'd give this one a try with the sale. I know I've been happy with the kidney shaped pillow from years ago but lost on vacation many moons ago.... I tried to get that this time and could not find it. At any rate, I will be getting a pillow especially for neck issues. My neck issues are severe to the point of getting headaches, taking medication prescribed by the dr for muscle relaxants, pain meds and migraines. I also get injections, including a cauterizing procedure annually.

Upon purchase, I was able to replicate the exact same setup I had before like my previous pillow by adjusting the sponges inside it. Overall satisfied :-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Sleep RX tempur-pedic pillow for the last four 1/2 years and it discontinued, so I found tempura-cloud, adjustable, cooling pillow. I like this new pillow, but in my eyes it doesn't compare to Sleep RX. This pillow is comfortable and yes you can adjust it to your liking of fluffiness, I don't like that pillow cases slide off the slick fabric of this pillow easy. I brought two of these pillows, so I will have them for a long while. Tempur-pedic brand is my go to when looking for things needed for sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It wasn't good quality temper pedicure material. The foam in the pillow is very cheap feeling. Not like the old 1000 count tempur pedic pillows. I gave it a 3 only because it was under $40. I would rather my money back but I need a pillow so I'll use this one for now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a heavy duty Tempurpedic pillow for years but I realized it was bothering my neck. I bought two of these and while I like them, they aren't my favorite pillow ever. I left all the stuffing in because it's comfortable, but after a few nights, I have to turn it around and fluff it. BUT it did solve my neck issues so that's a bonus! If you need a flatter pillow; this is a great option. But by no means does it feel like a cloud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this pillow is adjustable, and I did remove Tempur-Pedic pedicure chunks twice. But it is still to thick and dense for my neck and had neck pain in the morning. It could just be me and other might have no problems.
