Unpack them a day before you plan to sleep on them, as they come with a moderately strong off-gassing odor that takes a day to dissipate. I might still get a hotel-style soft pillow elsewhere, but these upgraded my main pillows very nicely.

And the stuffing is styrofoam bits. And since I purchased off IG didn't realize there was a no refund policy and it's not stated throughout the process.

The cooling system was ok but for me the removable stuff form the inside the pillow was a mess after taking some of it out the pillow didn't perform the way I wanted, if I knew before it was this material I wouldn't order it in the first place...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It may be a great product, it just didn't fully work for me. It did cut the neck pain about 40% , but I still need a better pillow. I can't have 60% pain. I tried different fill levels and didn't work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The support from my Tempur-Cloud is so great! No neck pain and it's cool to lay down on night after night. I have a big problem with getting too hot and waking up, but this pillow is consistently able to deliver comfort and keeping my head comfortable and cool.

Most pillows I've purchased are to soft - designed like a feather pillow. I can't use these as they leave my head to low causing neck issues and oddly my sinuses get clogged up. The Tempur-cloud is really comfortable. Somehow it is soft and supportive at the same time. Good for sleeping or leaning on while reading before bed.

While the concept for this pillow is great, after you sleep on it for the night, your head is firmly dented in to the point that there's not much left between you and the bed. I wake up and either have to fluff the pillow back out, or deal with it. This is the second pillow I've ordered to try and I don't think I'll be ordering anymore off the website because I'm stuck with it and they are not cheap pillows.

When placing the order the representative told me that one of the wonderful features of the pillow, was you could crunch the pillow for different comfort positions. Not true the fill material is so firm , it's not possible to make the pillow snugly. One good thing the pillow dose sleep cool. I could not recommend this product to others.
