I like this pillow, but not for my head. I'm a side sleeper and I use it as a "hugging" pillow to keep my shoulders more aligned while I sleep. It has just the right degree of squishing and support for me. Good quality.

Super comfortable and excellent neck support. I’m a back sleeper and these have alleviated my neck pains. Always allow them to air out after waking up and avoid stacking to ensure they are fully fluffed up for next use.

This is the best most comfortable pillow I have ever purchased. The quality of the pillow is very noticeable. I only wish that I had found this pillow earlier!

This pillow was not available to test in-store. I would say it is on the softer side, I was hoping it would hold it's shape better! It gets kind of flat, if that's what you are looking for.

Poor quality, support and no returns even tho not used. Never again. And this is after having purchased in the past a mattress and multiple pillows. Not the same quality pillows even tho the same name.

The pillows are comfortable but nothing extra great. I bought 2 of the same pillow and when they came, one was way fluffier than the other for some reason.

I do not prefer this type of pillow. It did not have enough filling. "Adjustable" what can I adjust? There was not enough stuffing to remove any.. not hally

Does not hold shape. Within a hour you are laying flat with nothing supporting your head, all filling spreads to either side. Very low quality product.

Feels okay when falling asleep but woke me up in the middle of the night packed down feeling like a brick. Gave it a few tries and can't get it be comfortable at all. Would take any regular pillow over this thing any day.

I had a king tempur-pedic solid foam pillow prior to ordering this one - I ordered it for the "cooling" factor but there did not seem to be a significant difference for me and the support left my neck hurting and feeling like I had slept wrong
