[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these hoping they would be firm enough but yet soft enough also. They are adjustable on firm/soft. They seem to be holding up great just they way they came. I bought the pillows for a extra bed. Also bought 2 set of sheets they are great sleep cool, I only wish you could get the pillow case in what ever size that you needed. We have the split king and use a normal size pillow and the pillow case is way to large.

I used to wake up every day with pain on the right side of my neck and it would get worse throughout the day. Since I bought my pillows I no longer have pain. It was immediate. The next day I didn't have pain and I couldn't believe it. I Didn't have pain and I couldn't believe that I didn't have pain for 2 days. Thanks again Tempurpedic!

This TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable Pillow knocked my neck pain out of the bedroom! I was interested knowing it was adjustable...but no adjustment needed for me. I like it just the way it is! I have had difficulity with tension and pain in my neck caused from a car accident. I would wake up with headaches. This pillow forms to your neck and gives the needed support for side or back sleeping positions. I have been using the pillow for a month now. I wake up feeling rested. The tension and pain in my neck is gone. I would highly recommend this pillow for anyone looking to improve the quality of their sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is comfortable for my husband he absolutely loves it. he is a back sleeper. I on the other hand is a side sleeper. I feel like it gets to flat and have to adjust the pillow, I wake up more often than usual so I guess it depends on the person. Shipping was fast and I do wanna try other pillows from Tempur-Pedic and see which fits my standard of liking since my husband has found his pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the idea of an adjustable pillow! But the execution leaves a lot to be desired... and a mess. The opening to remove or add back filling is very small making it difficult to get my hand out once I had a handful of filling (I do not have large hands). The filling is a nightmare all by itself. I get that it needs to be in pieces for this idea to work, but some of the pieces are smaller than a pencil eraser. They fall all over and cling to everything in sight (including the bed, and my hands/shirt/hair) and trying to get them back into the pillow (or into the bag where I planned to store the extra filling) was an exercise in futility. I ended up having to vacuum up the smallest pieces. I made it through the ordeal, and overall the pillow is comfortable, though it does compress a lot overnight whether I sleep on my back or side and doesn't bounce back much in the time it takes me to go to the bathroom and come back to bed. I didn't take out very much filling overall, and I'd like to put some of the filling back in to see if that would help with the overnight compression, but I have put off trying this because the process is so frustrating.

But they are not the same pillow and my husband cannot sleep on these. He ended up going to the store and found out that the products online are different than in the store. So money wasted on these pillows that I'm not sure what I am going to do with.

Though this pillow is a bit on the bulky side, I believe it is the best because you can adjust it to your personal needs -what more can you ask for? Actually, my previous pillow was considerably comfortable and was adjustable as well, but it was it was made of regular foam. My Temur-Pedic pillow is made with the best and most comfortable materials in the market. And that makes it the best pillow in my book. Some people complain about having to adjust it, I don't mind doing that myself. Actually, I prefer it that way. I get to personalize the way I want my pillow with every situation and every position. How awesome is that? Did I mention my back pain is gone? I sleep like a baby, no medication needed. Thanks Tempur-Pedic.
