purchased 2 Tempur-Cloud adjustable bed pillows & my experience has been excellent. Didn't have to make any fill adjustment, they were perfect right out of the box. I also like the feature of a washable, removable pillow casing.

Does not hold shape. Within a hour you are laying flat with nothing supporting your head, all filling spreads to either side. Very low quality product.

I previously had the Casper pillows which I love and the tempur pedic pillows are equally as comfortable. I am a side sleeper so I like to use them to also put between my legs and these are great as they aren't too firm or too soft.

This pillow was not available to test in-store. I would say it is on the softer side, I was hoping it would hold it's shape better! It gets kind of flat, if that's what you are looking for.

I had a king tempur-pedic solid foam pillow prior to ordering this one - I ordered it for the "cooling" factor but there did not seem to be a significant difference for me and the support left my neck hurting and feeling like I had slept wrong

Idk how this product sells. Especially for what it's going for. Highly disappointed. Can't even use. No cushion. Feels like a pillow that would be in a motel 6. Maybe even worse. No cooling effect. Now I'm stuck with useless pillows.

The pillows are comfortable but nothing extra great. I bought 2 of the same pillow and when they came, one was way fluffier than the other for some reason.

I was having severe neck and head pain when my co-worker suggested getting new pillows and recommended Tempur-Pedic. Best decision I ever made. Love these pillows. I haven't woken up with a headache or neck pain since I got them.

This pillow is not what it seems, there is no way to adjust this pillow, it barely has any fluff. After a few weeks , I'm back in pain looking for the right pillow, DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! Would be highly disappointed because there are no refunds

Within 10 minutes the pillow is flat. Not happy w purchase. I will say the coolness is the best feature. I will not sleep on it again and my partner feels the same way.
