This product is terrible. All the stuffing separates to either side of your head and made my neck pain worse. I now feel it down into my shoulder blade. Total trash.

I am picky to pick my pillow and ive purchased other pillows and returned three times. I hope this is the last time to buy and finally i got my pillow I would like to recommend person who likes low pillow, and no memory foam

It is a hard/firm pillow (Even if you adjust the filling) and all you do is chase it all over the bed throughout the night, it will not stay in place. If you do not like the pillow, you can not return them (A bed is returnable but a pillow is not).

The pillow case ripped. I paid extra for the cooling pillow case. I complained and was told that pillows and pillow cases are non refundable and non returnable. The material inside is also lumpy and not comfortable

We got these pillows during cyber Monday bogo free. We got 2 of these exact same pillows with the cooling added. I'm a side sleep and my husband is also. We have both noticed these pillows are not as soft as we had hoped for.

This is a nice pillow- not worth the amount I paid but is comfortable. It says standard queen size but it is very small. Wish they offered king size pillows. Would have returned but didn't want to deal with the return process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I can adjust the pillow for my comfort. If things change I can always put the stuffing back in. The downside is where to keep the stuffing.

This pillow is no different than a big chain cheap pillow but more costly . The pillow has zero support for your neck. My neck has been sore all week ! Never had buyer's remorse but totally regret this purchase and I got 2 of them !
