This pillow is not as described. I have an unopened pillow and it cannot be returned. It is very flat (soft) and not even close to medium. I would not recommend.

Overall a good pillow. You can scrunch until you are comfortable. Could use a coolant and you need to occasionally shake it because tends to get lumpy. I notice less neck and shoulder pain. Overall would recommend.

I hated this pillow for the first week - Its hard forming and doesn't allow much movement. However,I quickly changed my tune once noticing how little fatigue my kneck had each night. By not allowing movement i slept better and felt less neck strain.

I've had my pillow for a few months. I think I have finally reached the proper filling level for my comfort. It fluffs up pretty much like a feather pillow, but occasionally feels a bit lumpy.

Not sure how people like this pillow it is like a couch cushion disguised as a pillow. I even took half the fill out and it was still super uncomfortable. I am convinced that this pillow is a marketing Scheme to use up their scraps.

I have a couple of the older pillows from about 10-15 years ago. The are a heavy and more firm pillow with only one type of foam. The newer one has about 3 types of foam, the pillow is lighter and alot softer.
