This is a very good pillow but it requires trying different positions and sides to find the best combination.

used a couple of times but think I need to take some fluff out. it's also a little stiff instead of soft.

Love it, except the pillow slips out of my pillowcases....comfortable and supports my neck and shoulder.

I really want to love the pillows because they're adjustable but it feels hard and gets hot at night! I'm really disappointed!

This pillow is still cool even through my pillowcase! The adjustibility is also awesome when you sleep weird:)

I am enjoying my night sleep again, this pillow is really great and relaxing, I am buying some for all my beds in the house
