[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried many pillows but this one is the best, supportive without being too hard.. can't sleep without it now!

I received a defective pillow on my first order. I contacted customer service support and was sent a new one quickly. The quality of the product is excellent as well as very comfortable pillows which provide a great night sleep.

Pillow is far too firm for husband. I thought I might like the shredded foam filling. It's okay, just really firm with not much you can adjust or reshape. I like my regular Tempurpedic pillows much better but these will be great in the guest room.

Love the pillow but I find that it goes super flat throughout the night and all the filling is on the side. Constantly having to adjust. Doesn't feel as tight as when I first got it.

I love how this pillow is adjustable. I asked for more stuffings and the customer support ordered them for me right away! My husband likes firm pillow and I like medium so this is perfect for us! Definitely will recommend this pillow to anyone :)

Cooling works. Just not enough support and it's lumpy as it's just seemingly a bunch of left over foam pieces stuffed into a pillow. Love all my other Tempur products, this one misses the mark by a fair amount however.

I struggled with other pillows going flat after a few nights but when I bought this pillow it all changed I found myself falling asleep faster and waking up with a fluffy pillow instead of a flat one.

Half-a-year later; it has been a good. Still learning to use it in different ways. The construction lends itself to more functionality than most other pillows.
