Pillows are comfortable and soft, with just the right mount or firmness. Fill is a bit too much at first but that's perfect so you can pull out exactly as much as you need. Would definitely recommend.

I have been looking for a pillow that can be adjusted while reducing any lingering neck pain. This pillow finally helps me sleep through the night without waking up with neck pain

It took a little bit to get used to this pillow. It's not quite as adjustable as I thought and therefore feels high for my neck. But overall, it's a good pillow and still worth it!

I've adjusted these many times and they're simply not comfortable compared to the other tempur pillows. I have to fluff them through the night bc the filling bunches into lumps. Not my favorite especially for the price. Tried them for 4 months.

Can't tell you if it is comfortable. Haven't been able to use it. It smells soooooo bad. Fills the room up with stink. Had to put it outside. It has been airing out now for almost 2 months, still stinks.

I am not a fan of this pillow. (However, the mattress, I love!) The pillow feels like a brick to me when I sleep. I can feel myself sink into it slightly, but it is not comfortable. It feels very firm to me, not a medium firmness as advertised.
