[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is phenomenal! It sinks into you're head and is so comfortable and I'm glad I bought a temper pedicure pillow it was so worth it, I love the product thank you so much.

Pieces do not stay together! the middle pieces go to both side and you have to shake the pillow to get the stuff back in the middle of the pillow. Not happy with this purchase, so disappointed, waste of money!!

Pillow has no structure and doesn't support your head or neck at all. Can't return it so it is a waste of money. Fir such an expensive product there is no guarantee so do not buy.

I was very excited to get my pillow. I had a previous pillow from tempurpedic and I had it for a long time. Best pillow ever. I thought I ordered the same thing but this pillow is barely a pillow. And you can't return it! Or exchange it! Terrible.

I really liked this pillow, maybe even a little more than their regular. Very comfortable. Hubby felt it was a little hot but I have not found it to be so.

Half-a-year later; it has been a good. Still learning to use it in different ways. The construction lends itself to more functionality than most other pillows.

Great pillows. I would rather they arrive with a little less filling and maybe a "reserve" filling bag separately. Only because they're clearly overfilled upon arrival. But otherwise they're great and I appreciate the customization.

The idea of this pillow is good but the reality is not. It's too lumpy and over time doesn't perform well. For the cost it's a shame there is a no return policy and no trial period.

I ordered 2, for my husband and I. It was a bit too firm for me, and it says it's adjustable, so I decided to try adjusting it. What's when I learned it's essentially a bunch of chopped up memory foam. I took some out and the it was better for me.
