The pillow gets flat on the area where your head is. The pillow shape ends up like a wedge shape after few hours ... and there is no support to the neck.... The neck muscles are strained up due to this...

I tried this pillow and even took some of the stuffing out and still didn't care for it. Gave it to my husband and he says it's ok. Not worth the money .

I bought 2 kings and they won't good at all for me or my wife.worst 175.00 I ever spent and got no where with customer service after one night of sleeping on them.they would do nothing for me.i took some of the feel out and was still terrible

I have to sleep on multiple pillows because of a dizziness problem. It keeps me elevated with nice cushioning! I have slept on Temperpedic pillows for many years!
