I do really enjoy this pillow. I wasn't sure at first, but I enjoy how it gives good option for a back and side sleeper. I trust it's warranty too. Thanks tempur-pedic!

Doesn't provide a ton of support for me. Neck and shoulder pain still there. Almost feel like it doesn't have enough support for me personally. Definitely not worth the price.

im very disappointed in the quality of this pillow. big lumpy chunks. tried taking padding out to help but it didnt help. i just bought my 2nd tempur mattress and i cant believe its the same company.

This pillow is just chopped up pieces of mattress or something stuffed into a case. There's no shape or anything. I bought the regular cloud pillow and it was amazing. This is garbage and they refused to let me return it.

It is ok. I like the fact that you can put in or take out filling but I miss the old design of the neck pillow that I used for 30 years or more and it has been discontinued. It was the best.
