I've adjusted these many times and they're simply not comfortable compared to the other tempur pillows. I have to fluff them through the night bc the filling bunches into lumps. Not my favorite especially for the price. Tried them for 4 months.

Not a good pillow and customer support (really corporate is at fault) is no help. It is a flat pillow and they do not offer the filling. I ordered two pillows and the density is different in both.

Finding the right pillow is a task in itself. FINALLY I tried this pillow and I hit the jackpot! The exact firmness and comfort I have long been searching for. I am sleeping so much better now since I got this pillow.

Love the fact that you can make it the firmness you want. I took out almost a third but saved the stuffing if I need it later. Nice exterior for cleaning.

This pillow really supports my neck when I side sleep. It has majorly helped with neck and TMJ pain. This is the fifth pillow I have tried. I recommend.

Cooling works. Just not enough support and it's lumpy as it's just seemingly a bunch of left over foam pieces stuffed into a pillow. Love all my other Tempur products, this one misses the mark by a fair amount however.

The pillow case ripped. I paid extra for the cooling pillow case. I complained and was told that pillows and pillow cases are non refundable and non returnable. The material inside is also lumpy and not comfortable

I am picky to pick my pillow and ive purchased other pillows and returned three times. I hope this is the last time to buy and finally i got my pillow I would like to recommend person who likes low pillow, and no memory foam

It is a hard/firm pillow (Even if you adjust the filling) and all you do is chase it all over the bed throughout the night, it will not stay in place. If you do not like the pillow, you can not return them (A bed is returnable but a pillow is not).

Overall a good pillow. You can scrunch until you are comfortable. Could use a coolant and you need to occasionally shake it because tends to get lumpy. I notice less neck and shoulder pain. Overall would recommend.
