Pillow is advertised as adjustable. The pillow is not particularly comfortable and to remove any amount of filling would leave the pillow very flat, without much form at all. Total waste of money.

Never expected pillows like these would ever be sold by Tempur-Pedic. The company should not be selling these pillows. We wound up using these on the sofas since they are worthless for sleep. They work half the time for a back rest.

Great pillows. I would rather they arrive with a little less filling and maybe a "reserve" filling bag separately. Only because they're clearly overfilled upon arrival. But otherwise they're great and I appreciate the customization.

I do not recommend buying these pillows at all! Me and my wife both regret the purchase! They are too hard even after you adjust . We both woke up with sore necks !
