Good but needs a little more fill. Very comfortable

Not sold yet. Seems to flatten out and need to flip during the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never had a more comfortable pillow. I have thrown away pillows that didn't work but these pillows are keepers.

Great pillows. I would rather they arrive with a little less filling and maybe a "reserve" filling bag separately. Only because they're clearly overfilled upon arrival. But otherwise they're great and I appreciate the customization.

Love the fact that you can make it the firmness you want. I took out almost a third but saved the stuffing if I need it later. Nice exterior for cleaning.

The idea of this pillow is good but the reality is not. It's too lumpy and over time doesn't perform well. For the cost it's a shame there is a no return policy and no trial period.

For a tempurpedic brand and the price, this product is not worth it. There are so many other better quality items and for much cheaper brands. I had better expectation, but this came out to be very basic.

The pillow is a little stiff in the beginning so you need to break it in a little, at least for me. Then it is amazing! It's comfortable and supportive yet so relaxing your body will thank you!!

It was extremely easy to order and receive. We ordered two and each of us were able to remove the amount of memory foam pieces we wanted to make the pillows what we wanted. Like the washable outside.

I think it's a preference thing. I love a feather pillow, but they are not good for my neck. The best is the solid block pillow. I thought I could get away with this one, but it's not a good compromise for me.
