I always wake up with a stiff sore neck. I have removed some of the filking but it doesnt help with the firmness abd i am a little nervous to remove too much and it be flat.

These are by far the most expensive pillows I have ever bought and they're absolutely horrible. They're lumpy and hard, like sleeping on gravel. Very disappointed and you can't return them.

Not a good pillow and customer support (really corporate is at fault) is no help. It is a flat pillow and they do not offer the filling. I ordered two pillows and the density is different in both.
