I bought 4 of these. Big mistake. Lumpy & uncomfortable.

You can fluff it up move to contour to your head and neck. Very cool and comfortable

Other than title said, pillow is not returnable. Good luck if you want to try.

A bit big, in the King size, but very nice overall.
