Hello- I bought these pillows because I had one already and wanted some more. They are not the same and not comfortable even though they are the same name and brand. I am dissatisfied

Never expected pillows like these would ever be sold by Tempur-Pedic. The company should not be selling these pillows. We wound up using these on the sofas since they are worthless for sleep. They work half the time for a back rest.

I love how this pillow is adjustable. I asked for more stuffings and the customer support ordered them for me right away! My husband likes firm pillow and I like medium so this is perfect for us! Definitely will recommend this pillow to anyone :)

It does a great job of keeping me cool but Unfortunately, this pillow is going to turn out. Is there a way to purchase a Tempur-pedic feeling to make it fluffy again?

I was very excited to get my pillow. I had a previous pillow from tempurpedic and I had it for a long time. Best pillow ever. I thought I ordered the same thing but this pillow is barely a pillow. And you can't return it! Or exchange it! Terrible.

These pillows are quite a change compared to the traditional ones; very comfortable|. We are most certain that we won't go back to the traditional ones soon.

I received a defective pillow on my first order. I contacted customer service support and was sent a new one quickly. The quality of the product is excellent as well as very comfortable pillows which provide a great night sleep.
