Very firm but adjustable pillow, so it'll form to your neck and head, and if it's too firm being able to remove some insert makes it more adjustable to your needs.

This is a nice pillow- not worth the amount I paid but is comfortable. It says standard queen size but it is very small. Wish they offered king size pillows. Would have returned but didn't want to deal with the return process.

I always wake up with a stiff sore neck. I have removed some of the filking but it doesnt help with the firmness abd i am a little nervous to remove too much and it be flat.

Love that it is a cooling pillow but I have not fully adjusted to the firmness of the pillow. I understand that I can take some of the filling out of it but have not done so yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a little thicker than I prefer. But it's a very comfortable pillow and can be adjusted somewhat to get an ideal comfort. It has replaced my other pillows as the one I grab every night.

After a couple of months, the zipper on the pillow broke. I didn't expect this given the pillow's price. It also loses it shape very easily and needs to be "fluffed-up" every night.
