[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered 4 pillows. Loved that they were BOGO because super expensive. They came and I have been super disappointed. Different then my past pillows and def not the same quality. I will not be purchasing any additional products.

The adjustable pillow is a great idea but executed poorly. Can the order come with a separate bag to store the excess foam fill that I do not use? It is extremely messy and you must take great care to avoid spilling too much while testing the pillow with different amounts of the foam fill.

As a back and side sleeper, I like being able to fold it over or add just a bit more height to an existing pillow. He has had that pillow for years and years to wear it down, but when I received my tempur-pedic adjustable pillow, I immediately removed 1/2 the stuffing to create a floppy pillow - just like the one my partner has. I love it!

I bought these pillows for a friend and she absolutely loves them. She's always struggled with finding a pillow that stayed cool through the night. These are amazing. So cool and comfortable. The adjustable filling is a great feature as well. Two thumbs up.

I have serious back issues and have had solid luck with tempurpedic pillows previously. After the first night with this pillow, I had such pain from my neck down my back and arms. I have since returned to my previous pillow & taking my pain pills. This pillow has a weird filling to it that is lumpy and not a consistent balance of "stuffing". I will say the cooling affect was the only good thing I noticed and only redeeming factor. Unfortunately, I am now stuck with a pillow that is awful due to "no returns on pillows" and I have learned my lesson to only purchase pillows in person. Never purchase one online.

We ordered two pillows, but the pillows did not come with nearly enough fill so we had to take from one to fill the other. Also, the fill moves around within the pillow so by the end of the night the middle of the pillow where your head rests sags and the ends are plump. We'll have to shop for new pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillows have a nice material on the outside that is slightly cool to the touch, with a quality zipper. There is a generous amount of memory foam inside the pillow, giving you a lot of room to customize the firmness. I also purchased the Tempurpedic Neck Pillows and have found myself using these instead from time to time due to the ease of adjusting the firmness. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase end definitely recommend the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two Tempur-cloud Adjustable Pillows and I have to say I was surprised by the comfort they are providing when using as a all around support pillow. I use it for every day activities like reading, watching tv etc. Since I am a side sleeper I don't use it for sleeping, I have another tempur pillow for that, but it might actually work as well, just haven't tried it yet.

Had bought a different brand memory foam pillow and it just squished flat when you put your head on it, so I thought I'd try tempurpeduc brand. I thought the tempur cloud adjustable would be better because of the pieces. It doesn't go flat like that other pillow, but it's actually kinda hard and lumpy. I find myself adjusting the pillow several times each night. It's not comfortable at all.

I needed pillows asap so I bought these. I tried a few versions in store so I thought these would be good but they're the most uncomfortable pillows ever. THESE ARE NOT RETURNABLE. I'm so upset I wasted money on these. I won't be purchasing pillows from here again.
