The pillow gets flat on the area where your head is. The pillow shape ends up like a wedge shape after few hours ... and there is no support to the neck.... The neck muscles are strained up due to this...

The pillow case ripped. I paid extra for the cooling pillow case. I complained and was told that pillows and pillow cases are non refundable and non returnable. The material inside is also lumpy and not comfortable

im very disappointed in the quality of this pillow. big lumpy chunks. tried taking padding out to help but it didnt help. i just bought my 2nd tempur mattress and i cant believe its the same company.

Doesn't provide a ton of support for me. Neck and shoulder pain still there. Almost feel like it doesn't have enough support for me personally. Definitely not worth the price.

Love that it is a cooling pillow but I have not fully adjusted to the firmness of the pillow. I understand that I can take some of the filling out of it but have not done so yet.

I love these pillows! When I first got them, they were way too full of stuffing and difficult to sleep on. Fortunately, all I had to do was unzip the pillow and empty some out. Now they're the best pillows ever.

They show the pillow made of three different pieces of chunk material. But that I got in my pillow is 25% of the chunk material and 75% of just shredded fibers that have no substance

This is a nice pillow- not worth the amount I paid but is comfortable. It says standard queen size but it is very small. Wish they offered king size pillows. Would have returned but didn't want to deal with the return process.
