I have had the pillow for about a month. I like the softness feel and it feels like it would cradle my head but it does not. It has a 90 day return so I will keep trying the pillow but it is not cradling my head and it actually makes my head slip off of it because the pillow is stiff. Also, I have not felt the cooling at all which I was looking forward to because I am in menopause right now. I will see if the pillow loosens up but it is not working for this mostly side sleeper.

We bought pillows 15 years ago with the purchased our Tempur-pedic mattress. LOVE THEM BOTH. We got a topper for the mattress and it still feels great! We do not wake up with sore backs or necks using our Tempur-pedic pillows and mattress. We purchased a new Tempur-Cloud Adjustable Pillow and my husband likes it better than the previous one. It's firm enough to keep his head elevated and comfortable enough to maintain a comfortable position for his neck all night long. We travel often to visit family and friends and sleep on "other" good mattress' but they do not compare to our Tempur-pedic; after a few days our backs ache and we can't wait to get home! Only wish the mattress was less costly so we could afford to purchase another one.

These weren't that impressive to sleep on, but if you take them out of their thick cover and put them in a throw pillow sham, they really elevate the comfort of your couch.

This is an otherwise comfortable and very adjustable pillow; however, it is so hot that I can't stand it! Both my wife and I are used to sleeping on Tempur's old Cloud memory foam pillow and liked them, but they have worn out after many years. We have both found this new pillow to be so much hotter - it's not a moisture problem but rather just a heat problem. I wish the company would offer a money back guarantee like they do on their mattresses, but unfortunately no. Wishing I had my money back...

First time trying a Tempur Pedic pillow and its worth the money. Good for first time users who are not sure of what pillow to buy, since it falls right in the middle of firm and soft types. On top of that its adjustable and is made with high quality materials.

Bought this pillow a week ago. Added some filling, then took some out, so now it's Perfect! Also, there are No Warm or Hot spots. The "My Pillow" I had was like a SAUNA - Terrible. This pillow stays Perfect Temperature All night long. You don't wake up having the foam filling surrounding your head with only the pillowcase between your face and the mattress (like the My Pillow). You always have comfortable filling under your head now matter long your head stays in one place. Smart Move Tempur-pedic! Now what do I do with the 27 other pillows in the closet?

I prefer more soft, easily able to remove extra filler & adjust to my liking. He prefers med/firm, only needed to remove a small amount. Perfect for him! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Foam pillows (of any kind) can be whatever degree of soft and conforming, but they'll always be that same shape. This adjustable pillow is made out of foam shreds instead of a single molded shape, so if you want to punch it up into a shape to make it conform around your shoulder, if you're a side sleeper like me, it'll do it! It took about 2 weeks of me sleeping on for it to get really pliable and easy-to-shape. I decided I wanted a little less stuffing in it, so I pulled a couple handfuls out and it's been great. Since it's filled with shredded bits instead of being a single block, mine hasn't retained any more heat than an old conventional pillow would. The only downfall I've found is figuring out what to do with the stuffing I've pulled out, lol. A resealable plastic baggie did it for me. You could also stuff it into another pillow if you wanted that one firmer.

Having to take fill out of a pillow, then having to decide how much should be put back in to be comfortable is a stupid idea. Too much work! There should be a way to automatically adjust the height. Also, if someone else in your family wants to use pillow then the whole process has to be repeated. My pillow is still unused as the height is uncomfortable for my neck. Guess I'll have to find a cat or dog who won't mind what it is lying down on.

I have their other memory pillow and wanted something for side sleeper. This adjustable pillow is just shredded bits of memory foam. Though I knew this O did not know you would actually feel all the clumps. Feels like my pillowcase is just filled with clothes. That's how horrible it feels. I would love to return and get a different one but you can't return pillows. Wish I went with tuft and needle. They back their products with 100 day return no questions asked.
