The pillow gets flat on the area where your head is. The pillow shape ends up like a wedge shape after few hours ... and there is no support to the neck.... The neck muscles are strained up due to this...

The pillow case ripped. I paid extra for the cooling pillow case. I complained and was told that pillows and pillow cases are non refundable and non returnable. The material inside is also lumpy and not comfortable

Doesn't provide a ton of support for me. Neck and shoulder pain still there. Almost feel like it doesn't have enough support for me personally. Definitely not worth the price.

I expected better... the cover split on me day one. Not covered by warranty. The filling bunched up in clumps. Going back to Coop pillows. Way better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a little thicker than I prefer. But it's a very comfortable pillow and can be adjusted somewhat to get an ideal comfort. It has replaced my other pillows as the one I grab every night.

After reading the reviews, I had high hopes. Unfortunately, my hopes were as quickly deflated as this pillow. It offers zero support and falls flat. Do not waste your money. It's highly overpriced and underwhelming.
