This pillow is very well-made, just like my 10+ year old Tempurpedic I was trying to replace. Unfortunately this style does not work for me and no matter how much stuffing I took out or left in, this pillow gave me crippling neck and back pain after using it. Not able to return it, so I am stuck with a very expensive useless pillow. Might work well for some but for me (normal back/side sleeper) I've never had such bad pain as when I used this pillow unfortunately.

This pillow stays cool for about 5 minutes,so uncomfortable,my neck was so bad after sleeping on it for a few nights had to go to the doctors. I don't recommend this to anyone! I gave the pillow to my grandson who said "I can't sleep on this" ! I called the company and got no help at all!

Unfortunately, I am not happy with my purchase and not using the pillows. They are physically heavy, dense, and are uncomfortable to lie on, even with removing some of the material. Really disappointed as I know Tempur-Pedic has a great reputation and I was initially excited to receive them. But I failed to review the return policy before buying, which is a lesson learned as they are not returnable.

I was waking up sore every morning until I tried this pillow! I move to different positions in my sleep and this pillow accommodates them all. I didn't need to remove any of the filling. My only complaint is it is narrower than my king sized pillow case and my case is sliding around it. I just need to get a pillow case that hold it in.

The '3.9 out of 5' star rating at the top of the page should have warned me: this is far from a sure-fire purchase. Being a stomach sleeper, I was already armed with a healthy skepticism of pillows deemed fit for 'all sleeping positions'; yet I let the brand recognition of Tempur-pedic sway me. A mistake I've come to help readers like you avoid. I've been using this pillow nightly for one year. I enjoy the removable and washable cover. I enjoy, in principle, the adjust-to-your-liking fill. But in the end, the filling simply feels exceedingly unnatural. It really can't be overstated. It has an unmistakable feeling of 'packaging' material against the cheek. It's also terribly warm on your skin and only grows hotter through the night. Since I sleep on my stomach, I prefer my pillows to have some 'give', and to be more on the thinner side. That means you'll be removing an awful lot of 'stuffing' from this adjustable pillow, which in turn means the filling material will feel to you more like individual pieces rather than a uniform whole (like a beloved, traditional pillow from your past). Even if a sleeper preferred this filling, the removable, zipped liner that encases the experience is also quite thick and has a quilted texture: it's just too much 'material' between your head and what is supposed to be the 'heart' of the product. I certainly recommend looking elsewhere for your pillow needs.

Wanted to replace a 10 year old tempur pedic memory foam pillow, this seemed like it would be the closet option since the one I had is no longer available... Not even close, price may have come down a bit since the original purchase years ago, and with that though quality has plummeted as well, sad... Feels like a cheep pillow you can pick up at any big box retailer and not the nice semi-firm spongy memory foam that it used to be.

I thought this pillow would be great, but it's not. It's lumpy and doesn't seem to have the quality of most Tempur-Pedic products. After adjusting the fill to my liking and trying it out, I noticed that after a short time of laying in a certain position, my head and neck wouldn't feel at all supported. I repositioned it over and over again that night, but in the end, I had an awful sleep and woke with neck pain and a headache. What a disappointing waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box this pillow was exactly what I was looking for. Other pillows deflate too easily but this product holds its form. I am a side and back sleeper and this pillow is perfect for both positions.

I purchased the TEMPUR-Cloud adjustable pillow bundle (2 pillows), and these are by far the worst pillows I have ever used. The smell is unbearable, I can feel each individual piece in the pillows, they don't hold their shape, and they compress down into a hard, solid mass. I wake up with neck pain and a headache every day.

I bought these pillows as a splurge for my husband and I but when they came in they were not what we expected. The 'adjustable' aspect basically means a lumpy pillow that you can take some stuffing out of if it's too stiff. We tried making these work but unfortunately I'm already fighting sleep being pregnant and they just did not work for us, we're also on 2 opposite ends of the spectrum I like more firm and he likes more soft pillows and they still were a bust all around.
