Purchased this pillow thinking it would be softer given the fill, but I wish I had gone with the softer pillow option. It's much too firm and I wake up with neck pain. It's unfortunate that you can't return as I would return and exchange for the softer version.

The pillow is soft but also can be shaped adjusted for any situtation. I like that I can adjust the firmness by adjust how much filling is in the pillow. The price is good and I will be using this pillow for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have ordered many types of TempurPedic pillows over the years. This was by far the best! It was wonderful to be able to take the stuffing out and adjust it however each of us needed. I highly recommend!

I have loved every single temper pillow I have bought from the soft and lofty to the newish tp cloud. And have purchased five in between. However this pillow has no form or support. When I tried to adjust the foam after storing it in its box because no one could use, some of the foam are rock hard pieces (literally like freeze dried foam that you can even squish at all) and others are COVERED IN MOLD

This pillow is,my current favorite! I have the adjustable pillow,for most of my sleeping but if I'm wanting to sleep on my stomach I switch to my Tempur Cloud. Both are wonderful but I do prefer the adjustable most times. It does NOT go flat. It cradles my head. It's quite luxurious. I bought four so far... two for my bed and two as gifts.

No matter how many different amounts of the material I changed on the inside of the pillow, I continued to wake up with a stiff neck. I have had it for many weeks now and the same problem persists. Because I cannot return the pillow due to it's "personal nature," my wife and I have resorted to using them for decor/body pillows.

Product is very very firm with almost no give. The height of the pillow is extremely high which makes it difficult for side sleepers. It is adjustable but no container or bag is provided to hold the filling you pull out. Feels like they may have shredded obsolete mattresses to create them. More to follow on my comfort level now that I have removed some height. We will see if I keep this on my bed or move it to the guest room.

Hello I had bought the pillow above about 2 years ago. At first the pillow was great until it wasn't. The fabric falls apart after so long. They day there is a warranty if you never use the pillow and keep it in the box. I was told they wouldn't replace it because it has a little stain on it. I paid so much money for 2 if these to be told I used my pillow wrong WHAT??. I there is no pillow you pay as much money for product to find out they won't fix it.
