[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tempur-cloud pillow is awesome. I am finally able to get a good position for my neck and the pillow gives when needed. I am getting great sleep now. A pillow is super important, you use it daily and it needs to be comfortable and supportive. I would recommend this pillow!

I'll start by saying my husband loves these pillows. I originally bought them for myself, however they were just too firm for me. I have chronic back, neck and shoulder pain from previous sports injuries, so I have a lot of trouble getting comfortable. As mostly a stomach sleeper, these just didn't suit me. I would recommend to your average person with no prior trouble like myself!

Over the years, I have always had issues with pillows as I have a neck and spinal problems. So I chose to have the adjustable pillow with the cooling effect. (It's summer now!!) I did take some of the filling from one pillow, as I felt it was too high for my neck support. I left the other one as is. I alternate each night, and the truth is, they are both very comfortable. I do get a good nights sleep. I am happy with my purchase and my choices. No complaints!!

I love the fact that I can remove the filling and make the pillow fit my needs. However, transferring the filling to a pillow protector cover was a little bit of a mess and took some time to get the 'feel' right. But, I end up with 2 pillows instead of 1, which is a bargain. I am a stomach sleeper and it's hard to find a flat pillow. I like the fact that I can scrunch this one up and have the filling positioned to where I want it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mostly back sleeper, this pillow is very comfortable to lay on, and the adjustable fill make it easy to get the perfect amount of rise. It comes stuffed to the seams, so there's plenty to work with. My favorite use though, is for cuddling, where it's nearly as good as a full body pillow. The pillow does need a bit of airing out at first due to that new foam smell, but no complaints afterwards.

I was so excited to order these pillows and when they arrived I was immediately disappointed. Cheap, lackluster, uncomfortable and non returnable. I even called to let them know I wanted to place an exchange order for different, better quality pillows and they said no. Don't waste your money on these pillows. Trust me. I have ones from Casper and they are SO much better.

The worst pillow I have ever felt. This seems like a scam the pillow is so bad. The loose fillow is atrocious and not worth four dollars let alone almost a hundred dollars. Immediately switching back to a cheap pillow but out a hundred dollars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im sorry to say it but this pillow its a junk! I was looking to replace my 3 years old symphony pillow - that i love since a first time i used it! This cloud adjustable pillow its not even worth $5 .... Its super uncomfortable no matter how much stuffing you take out .... Frankly speaking Tempur- pedic should be ashamed of themself even to come up with the idea of that pillow- it seems like they have left over foam from making good pillows and mattress and they did not want to toss it in the trash so they came up with this pillow- please dont waste your money because you wont be able to return it and its worthless

Got two of the King size Tempur-cloud adjustable + cooling pillows to replace some older shredded memory foam pillows of a different brand. The Tempurpedic pillows are definitely cooler and much more comfortable. Hopefully they are durable and last a long time since they are kind of expensive. So far so good. Recommended if you like a more adjustable/shredded type filling (not just one big solid piece of foam). I sleep better with less neck and shoulder stiffness and pain.
