I had no idea that this pillow would make such a difference. I bought two for my partner and then tried one of them, and this one will remain mine! I used to scrunch up an old feather pillow, and this is so much better. I'm getting a better night's sleep because of it! Thanks, Tempurpedic.

I bought the Cloud Pillow and was looking forward to a true Tempupedic experience, but the pillow absolutely kills my neck. I've suffered from neck and back pain all my life and have searched high and low for the perfect pillow. This isn't it. However, The pillow is "lumpy", but I've just removed some of the stuffing and am hoping for a better result. Stay tuned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive these pillows as my old ones were not very supportive and I often had neck pain. While these new ones are super comfortable as soon as I opened them there was a terrible off-gassing/chemical smell. I let them sit out - uncovered for over a week and they still smelled terrible. It's now been 3 weeks and I can't sleep on them as the Oder permeates through both the pillow cover and the pillow case !

I bought 2 of these pillows since we are loyal Tempurpedic customers (2 mattresses, 5+ other pillows) but they are literal trash. The filling includes shredded mattresses - including the labels, tape, hard edges, pieces written on with markers, and other trash mixed in with large shards of foam that do not conform together. It's extremely disappointing to see such a lack of quality - do not buy unless you are so committed to the environment you are willing to lay your head on sharp pieces of tape inside your pillow at night.

I bought these after a great experience with other Tempur-pedic pillows. This pillow is very uncomfortable, and it gives both me and my partner neck pains. I have tried both removing and adding fill to no avail. The fill also moves around so there is not much support under your head. Not worth the money. We don't use the pillows. 2 stars because I do love the cooling cover.

Had bought a different brand memory foam pillow and it just squished flat when you put your head on it, so I thought I'd try tempurpeduc brand. I thought the tempur cloud adjustable would be better because of the pieces. It doesn't go flat like that other pillow, but it's actually kinda hard and lumpy. I find myself adjusting the pillow several times each night. It's not comfortable at all.

the concept of this pillow is great because I can customize it. It's really smart to be able to remove and or put back the memory foam according to the needs of my neck, head and body. Having neck pain and migraines due to my menstrual cycle, my need for support and softness varies throughout the month. I have tried many pillows in my life and I am glad to have found this customizable pillow. Some pillows gave me a headache and a neck ache which degenerated into a migraine. I now wake up feeling good in my body and without any feeling of aches or stiffness.Thank you Tempur!

The fact we can adjust the fluff for my little one when he wants a softer or firmer pillow is by far great. I highly recommend this for any parent or person who likes to alternate depending on the night. I use it my immediate family members went as far as purchasing their own and loving it. Definitely a 10/10!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tempurpedic cloud adjustable pillow is exactly as it is described. It in fact feels like a cloud to rest your head on. As a person with constant neck ache these pillows have made my neck pain decrease drastically! I love the fact that it molds to your head but also goes back to its original shape when you are not using it. My only complaint is that it is smaller than I would like but it is a normal sized pillow so that is simply my preference and in no way a defect on their end. It was by far worth the money I paid for it!

Even within the range of tempurpedic offerings, (as I've had 2 different styles of tempur pillows in the past) these are incredibly comfortable for my head pillow, and various body support pillows. I bought 4 of them and they truly surround and support me in a cloud of comfort (very fitting name!). I love the feature and ease of adjustability, if my preferences ever change, or if others sharing my pillows desire a different level of support. I do have pillow protectors on them to protect my investment from body oils, but even still, I haven't noticed any smell from the pillows which is a huge plus. I would absolutely recommend these pillows to anyone looking to make a good investment in their sleeping comfort!
