Sorry, little bit long, but...I had some very severe neck pain. I say had because this pillow took my neck pain from severe to mild! The doctor recommended sleeping on my back, which as a side sleeper seemed impossible. Since this pillow is adjustable that made this easier to do for me. I was using a contour pillow - don't need that anymore! I loved the fact I could fluff it up to get the maximum fluffiness to sleep on my side! Paid extra for the cooling - for me totally worth it! I preferred to use the pillowcase provided to get the most cooling effect. I didn't need to use one of my pillowcases too - nice! Then to boot this was on sale! So good I bought pillows for my kids too! Phenomenal job, Temperpedic! Thanks for helping me out! I know not everyone might feel the same but I hope this review helps at least one person out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pillow that allows you to bunch it up instead of staying flat. It is more like a feather down pillow but with the tempura Eric material. You can even take some of the filling out if it is too much. It works great for me

This pillow went COMPLETELY flat after ONE night. Since, I have woken up with the worst neck pains. This pillow is horrendous and a complete waste of money. I reached out to customer service and the response I pretty much received was along the lines of "too bad." No attempt to try to find me a better pillow or keep a customer. If I could give zero stars I would.

I did not notice much of a difference with this pillow compared to my other Tempur-pedic- pillows. I read other reviews that it helped with neck pain. I think I like the neck pillow much better. I do love the covers and they wash well on all of my pillows. If there were half stars I would give it a 4.5.

I bought these, funny enough, for my little doggies to sleep on. I didn't like the old cloud pillows so I started using them as dog beds. wanted a few more for them to stuff in dog beds and such... Well, they do not like these. Im not a fan as a person. Its lump and uncomfortable and the worst pillow fad ever. I would love the original tempur pillows that weighed a ton. They can not be beat with these new ones.

While these new ones are super comfortable as soon as I opened them there was a terrible off-gassing/chemical smell. I let them sit out - uncovered for over a week and they still smelled terrible. It's now been 3 weeks and I can't sleep on them as the Oder permeates through both the pillow cover and the pillow case !

I bought the Cloud Pillow and was looking forward to a true Tempupedic experience, but the pillow absolutely kills my neck. I've suffered from neck and back pain all my life and have searched high and low for the perfect pillow. This isn't it. However, The pillow is "lumpy", but I've just removed some of the stuffing and am hoping for a better result. Stay tuned.

Let me start by saying I've been using the Original Tempurpedic Cloud pillows purchased 8 or so years ago prior to this purchase and they are only slightly flattened. I bought these adjustable ones in August 2022 and they are already flatter then the ones I've been using for 8 years. I shouldn't have to buy new pillows after 6 months especially considering what these cost. Sure I can open them up and fluff the filling but by morning it'll be flat again. So dissapointed.

We've had these pillows for a week or so. They are too full for my liking. I tried to adjust them, which turned out to be terrible decision. The filing sticks to everything including your hands. I felt like Chevy chase in christmas vacation with the magazine. After adjusting, they were super lumpy and uneven. I dreaded putting the stuffing back. There aren't returnable, so any it was expensive, frustrating adventure. I'm just glad I only bought 2 because I was going to buy 8.
