I am going to give you the most honest review on this entire website. Everyone's pillow preference is different. I personally like a soft or medium down pillow. Regardless, I wanted to try this. Tempur pedic sent me a pillow that looked like it went thru the dryer. I never used it one time and asked for a refund and they declined. Seriously, the pillow was warped, still I ordered another one and gave the other one to somebody and really truly it was an extremely uncomfortable pillow. I would not recommend this pillow to Anybody unless you're going to put it between your legs. Very poor quality of a pillow that's just a fact. And their customer service is very poor as well. 3/10 for pillow. 1/10 customer service.

I ordered this pillow because needed a pillow that was comfortable and supported my neck at a neutral angle. I own a tempurpedic adjustable bed that I love so I figured that I would love the pillow as well. Well I don't. I went with medium soft because I don't like my pillows to be too soft. I tried it the first night and woke up with a sore neck. I tried to get the pillow exchanged for a softer one but unfortunately the tempurpedic guarantee does not extend to pillows. I was told that it takes 30 days to get used to the pillow . Raise your hand if you want to toss/turn and wake up with a soar neck for 30 days. I don't. Needless to say I am disappointed and would recommend getting pillows from a company with a better return/exchange policy.

I bought the Tempur Cloud Adjustable to replace a Tempur Cloud I had just purchased. The Cloud fell short of my hopes that it would be like my longtime love, my Tempur Cloud Soft and Conforming. Given that the Adjustable is a little thicker than the Cloud, I thought it might be a better choice. I'm nto a big fan of the shredded material. It gets everywhere if you attempt to adjust the loft of the pillow. And, call me crazy, but I swear I can feel the clumps when I put my head on the pillow. As for the cooling technology? Nah - I don't notice it at all. My pillow still gets warm. Tempur Pedic, please, please bring back the wonderful Soft and Conforming!

About 5 years ago I entered a contest and won a Tempur pillow and then I just had to order more I love this pillow it took me a few days to get use to it but it is now the best pillow I have ever slept on. I love it so much I bought them as Xmas gifts this past Xmas.

It really didn't have much fill in it. That's why I gave it a three-star other than that it's very comfortable. Should be able to buy more fill or pillow should come with more fill so you can really adjust it

I have the Tempur Bed and several matching Tempur pillows. They are all excellent. These adjustable pillows are lumpy, and I dug into the insides of the pillow and pulled out several hard pieces of shredded foam. I called customer service, and they said no one else had complained about lumpy pillows. So I read the reviews, and several others have the same experience. I asked if I could buy a bag of shredded foam to soften my pillow and was told that additional foam was unavailable. Come on, Tempur, you missed an opportunity to delight one of your long-time customers.

I have chronic neck issues and got two of these to try and they have been very helpful! I like that you can remove som eof the filler to adjust the pillow to how you actually like it. Then you save the extra filler and add it back in if or when needed.

I should give one star if possible. This pillow comes with strong chemical smell which doesn't go away for days. I can't sleep on a pillow which has strong smell since it worries me. I also feel nauseous after trying it for a few hours. I contacted customer support for the concerns and i was told their pillow is absolutely normal with smell. Bad experience.

We bought this pillow with high hopes, but instead got a gift of black mold. They wouldn't give us our money back, and said they could only give us another pillow. Customer service was great, the policy is trash. Don't buy this pillow. Or check for mold if you do.
