I ordered the adjustable cloud pillow in medium/soft. It is extremely hard. After removing some of the stuffing, it doesn't necessarily make it more soft, the pillow just becomes more giving for your head to sink. After a few hours of sleeping, I found that my head had sunk all the way to the bed and there was no support whatsoever. I stupidly didn't check the return policy because I saw the 90-day free trial (so I just assumed that was for everything) and lo and behold, you cannot return/exchange pillows. So, I won't be trying out their other pillows. Overall, not worth the money and keep in mind that you cannot return or exchange. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Look. My sister has these amazing pillows from this company. These are not them. But then, I think that she paid 3-5x more per pillow than I did. I got these on a 2-for-1 sale, and they are absolutely adequate for the price. I'm not living in the lap of luxury, but they are a lot better than the combination of old, flattened pillows and very cheap pillows I had been using. I used to wake up with my face hurting every morning from my not-good pillows, but now I just wake up feeling well rested. I'm not drawn into bed by the awesomeness of the pillow the way I am at my sister's house, but then I'd never get anything done. So... they are 100% good enough, for the price. Regarding a foam smell: Mine did have a slight foam smell the first night, but it dissipated completely and I can't smell anything coming from the foam anymore even if I try.

Very disappointed in this product. Was advertised as soft on the site and adjustable so I had high expectations. Received the pillow and it's incredibly firm. I removed some stuffing hoping to make it usable but I would wake up every morning with all the stuffing moved to the sides and my head in a hole. Can't afford to replace so just went back to my old pillow and put this one on a shelf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered two of tempur-pedics memory foam pillows. They arrived very quickly! However, when I unboxed them the pillows had an awful smell. I tried to let them air dry for a few days, which didn't work. I ended up talking the zippered cover off and washing them.

First of all the pillow is a great mix of Tempur material in small pieces that allow you to "mold" your pillow shape to your liking. Both my wife and I removed some Material to get the right size, which was easy to do (and we saved the pieces just in case). Both her and myself are in love with the support we get, and how it feels. The only "but" is for me, that I seem to respond in an allergic way to the chemicals that are still releasing. My wife has none of this. I probably need to ventilate this pillow for a few weeks or months I think, I may even spread out the contents to accelerate the process. A hypoallergenic pillow case helps some. I know this will be a temporary nature, and it will deserve all of the five stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tend to like the soft sink in feel from single foam pillows but needed something adjustable for height so I gave it a try. It took 5 nights to adjust the foam contents to achieve the desired height. In the end the pillow felt more stiff and with less soft sink in time for me. I replaced the pillow with the Tempur-Cloud pro which gives height options and is soft.

I have been looking to replace my tempurpedic comfort pillow for many years. When I saw that tepurpedic is again offering an adjustable pillow I was excited to try it. It is awful. Like a lumpy old hotel pillow. Unfortunately I didn't realize that there are no returns on pillows! I guess tempurpedic has no choice but to offer returns on mattress because all of their competitors do.

I really loved these pillows when I first got them, but within 6 months they started going flat and now less than a year later they require fluffing multiple times a night. I was really excited about finally having pillows that would hold up over time, but if you have to replace them every 6 months to a year, it's just not reasonable financially.

I thought this would be similar just an upgrade in comfort... what I love about my current pillow is the adjustability and shifting of the fill to fit my needs. This pillow is super thick and doesn't mold or adjust. I felt like my neck was lifted up way too high and I just couldn't get comfortable... however I have a very deep couch cushion and this makes a decent back pillow

They plump up great, and when you lay your head on them you don't notice the lumpy filling. That said, they then squish down so that in a few minutes your head is laying in a hard pit. And the loft does not recover. If you want to sleep comfortably on your side you will have to plump it up several times during the night. So much for a full night's sleep. Disappointing and shamefully overpriced.
