So far so good with the pillow. I did remove some of the stuffing, make sure you save the plastic bag so you have a spot for extra foam. I like the pillow so far, only having a couple months use. I like being able to adjust the fullness of it. I fall asleep on my back, and end up on my side through the night. Pillow works well for both.

I immediately was getting a better night sleep with this pillow and my neck is no longer getting sore by morning. This pillow is a little bit of a thicker pillow which works great for me because I sleep on my side but if you wanted this pillow to be thinner all you would have to do is remove some of the fill inside. To me this pillow is not firm and it's not soft, I find this pillow to be somewhere in between the two and it makes it the best pillow I have ever owned.

Pillow adjusts to the contour of my body and provides excellent support all night. Should have purchased these years ago. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great nights sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow truly is adjustable! It has a great zipper compartment where you can add or remove shredded foam. It comes with plenty - I actually removed part of it and placed it in a zipping bag in case I need it later. The pillow stays put where you scrunch it. I would give 5 stars if it were just a little cooler to my face. Is a very good pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought that since I've slept on tempurpedic pillows at friends houses that these would be great for me. I was so wrong. This is the most uncomfortable pillow I've ever slept on. I thought I just had to get used to it but I've woken up with a severe pain in my neck for a week. I cannot use these pillows and went back to my old ones until I can find something better. Buyer beware - there's a no return policy that I wasn't aware of before I purchased.

I bought 2 of these pillows since we are loyal Tempurpedic customers (2 mattresses, 5+ other pillows) but they are literal trash. The filling includes shredded mattresses - including the labels, tape, hard edges, pieces written on with markers, and other trash mixed in with large shards of foam that do not conform together. It's extremely disappointing to see such a lack of quality - do not buy unless you are so committed to the environment you are willing to lay your head on sharp pieces of tape inside your pillow at night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is super comfortable. The only problem I have had is it does not like to stay in certain pillow cases because the cover on it is slippery. But that was an easy fix! I love how it is firm, yet contours to my sleep position.

I purchased this pillow in hopes of a better night sleep. Unfortunately it does not feel cool, at all, and even worse it feels like sleeping on rocks with the little pieces of foam inside. I tried taking some out, putting some back in, moving the foam around and it still is uncomfortable. I called to see what my options were and was told there is a no refund policy so now I'm stuck with new pillows that will sit like rocks in the closet :(. They are the only company that has a NO REFUND return policy. Horrible for $100+ pillows.

I'm own two Tempur-pedic mattresses and almost a dozen pillows and I've always been extremely happy. This is not that. These are a cheap foam and buyer. Beware, they cannot be returned. I wrote to customer service for the first time ever to let them know how happy I was, and they simply offered me other pillows. I could buy an addition. Stay away.
