I bought these after a great experience with other Tempur-pedic pillows. This pillow is very uncomfortable, and it gives both me and my partner neck pains. I have tried both removing and adding fill to no avail. The fill also moves around so there is not much support under your head. Not worth the money. We don't use the pillows. 2 stars because I do love the cooling cover.

This is a very nice pillow and I like the fact that you can remove pieces of the inner foam to adjust it to your liking and support needs. At the same time, it is a more firm pillow and you do have to take out pieces and store them or throw them away. I found it a little harder to adjust to this pillow than the plain Tempur-Cloud pillow.

Be smarter than me and note that these pillows are not returnable. They are horribly lumpy, the "king" size isn't a true king, it's way smaller than a standard king and looks ridiculous in our king pillow cases. I hate these, I should have just thrown my money in the trash and saved myself the hassle.

I was debating which tempur pillow to buy because I'm very picky but I ultimately decided with this one because it was adjustable and I'm so glad I did. It's incredibly comfortable and much better quality than my other pillows. So happy with my purchase!

Even within the range of tempurpedic offerings, (as I've had 2 different styles of tempur pillows in the past) these are incredibly comfortable for my head pillow, and various body support pillows. I bought 4 of them and they truly surround and support me in a cloud of comfort (very fitting name!). I love the feature and ease of adjustability, if my preferences ever change, or if others sharing my pillows desire a different level of support. I do have pillow protectors on them to protect my investment from body oils, but even still, I haven't noticed any smell from the pillows which is a huge plus. I would absolutely recommend these pillows to anyone looking to make a good investment in their sleeping comfort!

I might need to give it more time. However, I gave the second pillow to my sister-in-law and she loved it from the first minute. (She also removed some fill.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that there is a washable cover and pillow pouch that's adjustable, but it could use another pouch for the contents you don't want to use when adjusting to your liking. I don't want to throw away the rest of the filling when I may want to use it at a later time. Hopefully Tempur pedic doesn't start trimming away filling after this comment.

The TEMPUR-Cloud® Adjustable + Cooling Pillow offers excellent comfort and adaptability. I love that you can adjust the fill to find your perfect level of support, and the cooling feature really does help keep the pillow cool throughout the night. It's been a game-changer for better sleep, especially on warmer nights. The only reason I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars is that it took a little time to find the perfect balance with the adjustable fill, but once I did, it became a favorite!

I love this pillow. I got two because it was BOGO. I gave one to my daughter and she has even slept better. I was scared to get a new pillow because i was so used to my old ones but this is AMAZING. I am sleeping throughout the night comfortably. I would recommend this pillow to anyone! Love it. Wish i made the decision to purchase tempurpedic pillows and beds before but better late than never. I sleep like a baby now. Thanks to Tempurpedic.
