[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't be happier with my TEMPUR-Cloud pillow. It took me no time at all to adjust to the new pillow. And now, no more waking up at night having to adjust my pillow....nothing but a great night of sleep now!

When I received my pillows, I wasn't sure I had made a good choice. HOWEVER, I was really happy after sleeping on them that night. I have an much older Symphony pillow and it is really firm and I thought that is what I needed. Turns out I was wrong. The new pillows are much better and I sleep sounder, and much more relaxed when I wake up. I just hope they continue to amaze me as they get older.

Over the years, I have always had issues with pillows as I have a neck and spinal problems. So I chose to have the adjustable pillow with the cooling effect. (It's summer now!!) I did take some of the filling from one pillow, as I felt it was too high for my neck support. I left the other one as is. I alternate each night, and the truth is, they are both very comfortable. I do get a good nights sleep. I am happy with my purchase and my choices. No complaints!!

We ordered two pillows, but the pillows did not come with nearly enough fill so we had to take from one to fill the other. Also, the fill moves around within the pillow so by the end of the night the middle of the pillow where your head rests sags and the ends are plump. We'll have to shop for new pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Foam pillows (of any kind) can be whatever degree of soft and conforming, but they'll always be that same shape. This adjustable pillow is made out of foam shreds instead of a single molded shape, so if you want to punch it up into a shape to make it conform around your shoulder, if you're a side sleeper like me, it'll do it! It took about 2 weeks of me sleeping on for it to get really pliable and easy-to-shape. I decided I wanted a little less stuffing in it, so I pulled a couple handfuls out and it's been great. Since it's filled with shredded bits instead of being a single block, mine hasn't retained any more heat than an old conventional pillow would. The only downfall I've found is figuring out what to do with the stuffing I've pulled out, lol. A resealable plastic baggie did it for me. You could also stuff it into another pillow if you wanted that one firmer.

I ordered this pillow because needed a pillow that was comfortable and supported my neck at a neutral angle. I own a tempurpedic adjustable bed that I love so I figured that I would love the pillow as well. Well I don't. I went with medium soft because I don't like my pillows to be too soft. I tried it the first night and woke up with a sore neck. I tried to get the pillow exchanged for a softer one but unfortunately the tempurpedic guarantee does not extend to pillows. I was told that it takes 30 days to get used to the pillow . Raise your hand if you want to toss/turn and wake up with a soar neck for 30 days. I don't. Needless to say I am disappointed and would recommend getting pillows from a company with a better return/exchange policy.

Wanted to replace a 10 year old tempur pedic memory foam pillow, this seemed like it would be the closet option since the one I had is no longer available... Not even close, price may have come down a bit since the original purchase years ago, and with that though quality has plummeted as well, sad... Feels like a cheep pillow you can pick up at any big box retailer and not the nice semi-firm spongy memory foam that it used to be.

I was expecting a luxurious pillow like I saw at the Tempur-Pedic store. What a disappointment. I can get 2 pillows at half the price much nicer at the Home Goods store. I guess I'm stuck with it now since pillows can't be returned. Maybe I can convince the cat to use it as a bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have loved the Temperpedic pillow that came with our bed years ago and was hoping to replace it, but this is not 'my pillow'. I've tried to remove and add extra padding, but have not been able to find a sweet spot that satisfies me. After multiple nights waking up with an aching neck, I have given up on this pillow for now and gone back to my old one. Makes me sad.
