[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to go for the more expensive pillows just because of the price levels and not having tried them before, so I decided to go with the TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable Pillow. This pillow has been even better than I expected, and it is certainly worth the price!

I have had the pillow for about a month. I like the softness feel and it feels like it would cradle my head but it does not. It has a 90 day return so I will keep trying the pillow but it is not cradling my head and it actually makes my head slip off of it because the pillow is stiff. Also, I have not felt the cooling at all which I was looking forward to because I am in menopause right now. I will see if the pillow loosens up but it is not working for this mostly side sleeper.

No returns and pushed to file a claim, so we will see. Customer service did nothing to help. I recommend their other pillow but this one is cheaply made with scrap foam. I own a mattress, sheets, and 3 pillows from Tempura-Pedic and would hope they would do something to compensate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these for my daughters (7&5 yrs) because they were using flat pillows and wanted something sturdier and better for them. They love them. Their exact words were "They're so squishy, soft and sooo comfortable!" Satisfied little customers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pillow that allows you to bunch it up instead of staying flat. It is more like a feather down pillow but with the tempura Eric material. You can even take some of the filling out if it is too much. It works great for me

I had struggled to find a pillow the last couple of years that I really liked. Battling head/neck pains when I woke up in the morning had to change. Decided to try a Tempur-Pedic and you definitely "get what you pay for" when it comes to quality. My neck and back of head pains are no more. I've had the pillow now for a couple month.

This pillow is a waste of money, looks like the company just put left over pieces of waste and threw it in a case and called it a pillow Some pieces are even hard, I love tempurpedic products but his pillow was a waste of money . Was very disappointed .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tend to like the soft sink in feel from single foam pillows but needed something adjustable for height so I gave it a try. It took 5 nights to adjust the foam contents to achieve the desired height. In the end the pillow felt more stiff and with less soft sink in time for me. I replaced the pillow with the Tempur-Cloud pro which gives height options and is soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box this pillow was exactly what I was looking for. Other pillows deflate too easily but this product holds its form. I am a side and back sleeper and this pillow is perfect for both positions.

Product is very very firm with almost no give. The height of the pillow is extremely high which makes it difficult for side sleepers. It is adjustable but no container or bag is provided to hold the filling you pull out. Feels like they may have shredded obsolete mattresses to create them. More to follow on my comfort level now that I have removed some height. We will see if I keep this on my bed or move it to the guest room.
