My pillow is splitting at the seams. I have attempted via the online portal of Tempur Pedic to submit the information, and have not heard back. So now i have to do it a second time. In additon, i bought the item online, and they are asking for all this information to be added to a support claim, when they have every ounce of the information using the Order Number. Very frustraing customer support, when they claim they are #1. Hate to see what #2 is like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall quality is there, but the cloud like feel isn't there. They say it is soft to firm, but I say it is definitely a firm and has a good amount of volume to it. We use them for lumbar support while sitting up in bed.

When my order arrived I immediately realized I had purchased the wrong pillows. Less than 24 hours after delivery I reached out Tempur -pedic to see what my options were. Unfortunately they told me there was nothing I could do about it and I would not be able to return or exchange the pillows for the correct ones. One of the pillows is still in the box untouched and the other one was unboxed but was never slept on. I'm pretty bummed and aggravated because these pillows are not cheap and i'm stuck with a product i'm not happy with. The chopped up material makes the pillow bumpy and i'm not a fan of that texture while sleeping. **Learn from my mistake and DO NOT order any pillows if you have a feeling you may not be happy with them because you will be stuck with them**

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best thing about this pillow is that is soft and easy to conform to you head. It's most unique quality is its cooling feature, I slept cool all night long. I'm switching all my pillows to the cloud adjustable + cooling.

As others have said, it's chopped up bits of memory foam stuffing, making it like a regular uncomfortable pillow. This is not a soft flat memory foam pillow like the ones they have sold in the past. (I was trying to find a replacement for my 10+ yr old T-P pillow). Although you can take out some stuffing out, it is still tough and uncomfortable. Furthermore, customer service is unhelpful and there are no refunds, exchanges or anything if you buy the wrong pillow. Beware.

I've been using the regular Tempur pedic cloud pillows for the past few years and love those - these are nothing like the standard pillows. The "adjustable filling" just moves to wherever your head is not- super frustrating and not comfortable. I would not recommend at all.

Purchased 2 TEMPUR-Cloud® Adjustable + Cooling Pillows with my new mattress and base. Love the mattress but hate the pillows. The pillows are like sleeping on sandbags. Unfortunately the pillows are not returnables I am stuck with them. I would advise not purchasing pillows from Tempur Pedic unless you have tried them first at a store. BIG mistake buying online without trying first. Lesson learned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to go for the more expensive pillows just because of the price levels and not having tried them before, so I decided to go with the TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable Pillow. This pillow has been even better than I expected, and it is certainly worth the price!

This pillow is made up of a bunch of small pieces of foam that are not connected. I found it to be incredibly uncomfortable and way over priced for what it's made of. We also got the symphony pillows and those were amazing. I wish I had not bought the adjustable cooling pillows at all though.
