Very disappointed in this pillow. We purchased two of these and paid extra for cooling feature. Nothing cool about it (except for the first few minutes)! We tried it for a week with and without pillowcase neither of which made a difference. Had to go back to our old pillows. Money wasted. Now I have to wait to find pillows that do cool. I was so hoping these would work.

I like the pillow. As a side-sleeper, it is firm enough to keep my neck aligned but not uncomfortable to me. However, I ordered 2 pillows and they are noticeably inconsistent in the filling. One of the pillows is comfortable and firm, the other has less filling and therefore, not as firm nor as comfortable. It's also obvious in the pillow cases that one of them fills out the pillow case whereas the other does not. I am disappointed in the lack of consistency among the same type of pillow, I had expected the filling to be equal. I'll keep them because I don't want the hassle of returning them; however, I'll probably put them on my guest bed and return to using my old pillows.

This pillow is nothing like the original Tempur-pedic pillow. Unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered two of these pillows, and Tempur-pedic will do NOTHING to assist me with an exchange even though the pillows have not even come out of their packaging. I spoke with customer service, and they were zero help. I have no interest in getting my money back, but I would like credit for an exchange of the correct pillow, and instead I am stuck with these. I will never order from this company again. What a poor policy and poor customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had cervical spinal surgery, and it has been difficult to sleep. I do not use fluffy pillows anyways. I like the fact that I could remove stuffing from this pillow, and achieve the perfect comfort level for my situation.

No returns and pushed to file a claim, so we will see. Customer service did nothing to help. I recommend their other pillow but this one is cheaply made with scrap foam. I own a mattress, sheets, and 3 pillows from Tempura-Pedic and would hope they would do something to compensate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the pillow because I was having neck pain in the morning. Even after a few nights, the pillows relieved all my pain and stiffness. So comfortable but supportive. I am a side sleeper and I toss and turn alot, so I really need a good pillow. This pillow is the best.

I bought this pillow thinking that it would be adjustable to the level of firmness and fill that I want. Unfortunately this is absulotley untrue. No matter how much fill i remove it stays the same because the fill interlocks into a brick. It doesn't matter how much I shake or fluff the filling becomes a solid surface with no give whatsoever. I am very mad at myself for spending so much on something that is not returnable. If you are looking for a very firm pillow this is for you. If you are looking for something adjustable look eslwhere and don't waste your money. Also the cooling cover is useless and does not keep the pillow any cooler than a regular cover but you will need something because the basic cover on the pillow is very thin.

Great pillow! I have owned way too many pillows in my lifetime & have never been able to find the pillow that is just right until now. I decided to try the bogo, left one as is & took some filling out of the other. Slept night one with the full fill & it was a great. Night two was with the pillow that I had taken some fill out of so it was not as firm, which I found even better! It is nice to be able to adjust a pillow to how it works for you. Another plus is it is a cooler feeling pillow for a great price. It would be nice to have a king size option!

This pillow is a game-changer! I used to toss & turn at night with disruptive sleep. Now, I wake up refreshed, I sleep all night, and I am thrilled to say that this pillow allows me to experience peaceful sleep! I am so happy that I chose the fantastic deal to purchase two pillows!!!

I had struggled to find a pillow the last couple of years that I really liked. Battling head/neck pains when I woke up in the morning had to change. Decided to try a Tempur-Pedic and you definitely "get what you pay for" when it comes to quality. My neck and back of head pains are no more. I've had the pillow now for a couple month.
