Very comfy and cushy. I previously had the solid foam Tempur-pedic pillows and found them too stiff for my comfort. I was ready to go back to a traditional pillow. So glad I decided to try these. Just wish something could be done about the initial chemical smell as it takes about a week to air them out. .

I recently had a 3 level neck fusion. The pain, discomfort and lack of sleep over the last several years has been tremendous. I am typically a side sleeper, this has not been possible since sugery in May of 2023. I started using these pillows appropriately 2 weeks ago, I have slept soundly and straight through the night, I have not been constantly tossing and turning trying to adjust My Pillow into something comfortable. I have been able to sleep on my side and be comfortable. As a veteran who has trouble with sleep for years, has woke up tired and in pain...these pillows have been a life changer, I highly recommend them to anyone. If you experience neck pain, sleep discomfort and wake up tired...you owe it to yourself. Definitely a Game Changer.

the concept of this pillow is great because I can customize it. It's really smart to be able to remove and or put back the memory foam according to the needs of my neck, head and body. Having neck pain and migraines due to my menstrual cycle, my need for support and softness varies throughout the month. I have tried many pillows in my life and I am glad to have found this customizable pillow. Some pillows gave me a headache and a neck ache which degenerated into a migraine. I now wake up feeling good in my body and without any feeling of aches or stiffness.Thank you Tempur!

Pillow was too stiff and thick, without ability to adjust fill. Never taken out of plastic wrapping, but company REFUSED to take it back. Last time I purchase this brand without seeing product first bc they broke my trust and I'm left with two pillows I cannot use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is great. It's very soft and squishy and it isn't firm like the traditional memory foam pillow. Think "totally huggable". Heads up though, it's got a bit of a lumpy feel so if that would bother you, don't get it. We don't use it by itself actually but with another tempur-pedic pillow because we like mountains of pillows.

I have three Tempur-Pedic mattresses in our home and have advocated the brand for over 25 years. Unfortunately, my wife purchased two pillows from Tempur-Pedic that were delivered five days ago; after three nights of waking up with sore necks, it is clear that they will not work. After calling customer support and speaking with "Faith" (customer care supervisor), I was told that they are not returnable and that I should consider modifying the temperature of our room if they are too soft or too hard. I am struggling as the "90-Night Trial" is advertised all over the Tempur-Pedic website, and you have to go two or more clicks deep into the fine print to see that this only applies to mattresses. I went through the same checkout process as my wife to see that the information was hiding behind a link on the bottom right-hand corner of the checkout page. Nowadays, most mail-order mattress/pillow companies offer trial periods; it is unfortunate and misleading to offer a trial period but bury the fact that it only applies to a small portion of your products behind links and in the fine print.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows were firmer than I expected, and next time, I'd probably go for something less firm. However, if you love a firm pillow, this would probably be a great choice for you. The outer casing of the pillow is beautiful.

Worst pillow I have ever bought! It's lumpy, and taking out the "stuffing" to adjust softness is a pain. The pillow is just filled with cut up foam that goes everywhere! Also have the cooling cover and that is junk too. Does not cool at all with a pillow case over the pillow. Worst purchase ever and waste of money.
